Came back on 2/8/24 and I have to say August has such an amazing light to her. Thank you for giving me a proper jumpstart to my morning. It is always great to get personable with your Barista.
First let me start off by saying that I understand the weather with the snow on the ground has impacted everyone, especially if you don’t know how to drive in this weather. Now this location is supposed to open at 5:30am. I arrived at 6:20 to see that they still were not open. I waited quite a while, an Uber eats/doordash driver even came and left due to no one being here and not being able to claim the order. By this time it’s about 7:05am, I go through the drive thru only to be told that they will not be opening until around 7:30. Excuse me, I’m sorry, you want to open the store 2 hours after you were scheduled to…..I shouldn’t have to suffer due to your piss poor time management and planning to open the store on time. I finally get to order my items as I have been waiting over 1.5 hours for the store to open now. While in the drive thru I get asked for a name for the order. Are you serious right now, a name, in the drive thru, when the car that ordered in front of me was already at the window, I’ll pause. The lack of common sense and inability to apologize for the inconveniences you already caused this morning is so ridiculous. The only saving grace for the possibility of me to return to this location is the young lady at the drive thru that had a smile on her face.

Read moreI prefer the Glade location. Better customer service. I know Starbucks gets crazy, but the folks at this location seem to always be swamped. I've given them at least half a dozen tries and benefit of the doubt, but it's always one thing or another turning me off to this location. Most recently was a mobile order, where I walked in and it took a good 15 minutes to get anyone's attention and get me my order. It was sitting there, behind the plexiglass barrier the whole time. Other, more aggressive people that came in after me got theirs well before me. Perhaps I should have also walked up to the counter, stuck my head between the barrier and yelled my name like an ape, but I preferred to stand back 6 feet and simply make eye contact and beckon with hand gestures. Over and over. Eventually someone caught the drift. Anyway, may I suggest having somebody in charge of mobile orders, and simply asking folks that are standing in the mobile-order area if they have been helped yet? Would be beneficial for those that are trying to be a bit more respectful to...
Read moreThis location is painfully slow and has questionable health code practices. My wife and I went there the other day, ordered an almond milk latte. The wait at the drive thru was about 10 minutes. Then we realized that they gave my wife a regular latte, even though we paid the upcharge and my wife is lactose intolerant. Went inside to get the drink corrected. Apparently, the order was mixed up with the other customer behind us. The employee had no reservation in giving the drink to the customer still waiting at the window. My wife had to yell at the guy, "You know I drank from that, right?" before he showed any concern.
Normally, I don't give business 1 star unless it's just completely horrible and there's no remedy. Being slow with service? OK. Wrong order? Alright. But making it obvious that you have no issue giving drinks to customers that have been consumed by a stranger? No thank you!
Your coffee is already overpriced but if employees are that concerned about waste, I can only imagine what else...
