Normally they have been great when I use drive-thur but today I wanted to dine in with toddler son I ordered a large Ice coffee which was priced at $1.89 on order board and the Hispanic lady who took my order stated " oh that's not the right price my computer shows it's supposed to be $2.15 for iced carmel coffee I told her that she needed to honor price as advertised when she declined ask to speak with Management. Manager came to register but never addressed me directly he only in lower tones discussed to discount coffee price. After receiving coffee I was still only given a small coffee for the price of a large coffee and when brought this to Manager attention he stated "Well I didn't take your order so I didn't know but I can get you a large coffee" at this point I requested a refund for coffee and would have asked for all of my money back if it wasn't for my four year old wanting pancakes for breakfast so I didn't want to punish my child. An elderly paying customer asked to use the restroom and the female cashier told her 'hold on, I'm busy right now' and abruptly walked away. Leaving the elderly female customer (who had mobility issues) standing near the door for all of 5 minutes. It takes 1 minute to unlock a restroom, there is no reason she could not stop preparing orders to open it. When I was handed my order, I asked if she was going to unlock the restroom for the waiting patron; she rolled her eyes and said yes with an attitude. I am not sure whether to subject this form of treatment as prejudicial, controlling, or ableist, but I for sure reported her to corporate. Wrong is wrong!
Sidenote: I can see from previous reviews, this is not the first instance regarding the restroom, and management failed to address the situation since it's happening again. To the company: Don't bother responding to this post, save it...
