Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Bedford

I found a 20 something year old employee and a taco Bueno who still knows the value of true customer service.My last three visits to three different taco Buenos had all been horrible so I thought I'd give it a shot number four and see if we had better luck. I ordered my mexi dips and chips and I asked the young man for a lot of pico de gallo. boy he loaded me up with like 15 little packages I was thrilled I pulled away open my food make sure everything was good and to my disappointment there was no guacamole!! Can't have Mexican chips without guacamole! I look back around gentlemen was standing out back I told him my guacamole is missing? He said oh we're out. well now I found out why I gave me extra you go to gallo because he didn't give me any guacamole it's still charged me like I got guacamole. So I got up to the window and I told him I just wanted a refund cuz it's not Mexican chips I'll go up moley. He said hang on let me check the back see if he got any this young gentleman then came back to the window with a frijole size container handed it to me packed full of pico de gallo and avocado. Taco bueno's guacamole I thought was like prepackaged or something it may still be because it always had a twang to it well this honestly seemed like it was fresh I keep going back there and just cut the avocados. I never got the young gentleman's name but he was simply phenomenal he truly still knows what the meaning of old-fashioned good customer service and customer satisfaction is. because if it been a bad experience I would have been done with taco Bueno for a long time but this gentleman made it right didn't gripe didn't complain he was very delightful what more...

I pulled up to this place to pick up a DoorDash order, the inside is closed so they make me go to the drive-thru, there are no cars in line but they come on the speaker and tell me to hang on, I sat there for about five minutes and then I said something, the lady proceeds to tell me they are really busy working on something. But yet the lobby is closed so there are no customers inside, there are no cars in the drive-thru , So when I finally pull up to the window the order still wasn’t ready and I was told I had to pull up and wait for them to bring it out I’m not quite sure with no customers what was that busy! It was a very bad experience, and it would’ve been a little easier if the lady that came on the intercom didn’t have such a bad attitude towards me!I really hope I never have to do another DoorDash order here, I think if that shows up I will just decline the order, and to all the other fellow DoorDash drivers that I run across I will also tell them...

This place is much better than a few years ago. I took off my old post of 1 star from back then. I've eaten there 3 times dinning inside this month and not bad. Better management and clean. I got the beef chilada (1) / taco (1 soft or crispy) platter. Has rice and beans, guacamole, sour cream and chips. Small soft drink and total was $11.24. All tasted good, the refried beans didn't taste the same as Taco Bueno used to make them but still nice. I don't trust the open condiment bar for you never know if someone contaminated it. The platter is only $7.99 before tax and the small drink was $2.39. A good portion of food and better taste than Taco Bell. I like Taco Casa but sometimes I get sick from the meat when it's dripping...
