Don't know where to begin with this one. We (my daughter & I) ate here today around 2pm for the first time at this location & the female waiter we got was horrible. She didn't allow us to sit where we wanted, & when we moved to another table she told us not to ever do that again. There was another male waiter who offered to get our drinks that was really kind, & he did. If it wasn't for him I would have given this review a 1 star. When my daughter accidentally bumped her leg on the medal underneath the table & screamed, she's a toddler, she showed no sympathy & instead got on us about moving. I should have just let the guy bring our food along with the drinks instead of her. I didn't even want to give her the small tip I gave her; I should have given the entire tip to the male waitress that helped us. I called out to her towards the end of our dinner, & she kept walking like she didn't hear us. Then when she came back she used the excuse that it was just very busy, when there were hardly any people there. She seemed like she had a problem with anything I asked of her like splitting the ticket, or bringing a bag for our to-go-box. Question...Do you guys only use bad waitressing when it's slow? Should have emailed my receipt when asked by the machine so I could have pin-pointed this particular waitress. I just may call corporate tomorrow & complain so they can look up my credit card number. I'll be eating at Chilis again. Not...
Read moreI took my two daughters out for a special dinner at Chili’s, and it ended up being one of those sweet, memory-making nights that remind me why I love being a dad.
From the moment we sat down, the experience was great. The game tablet at the table was a huge hit with my daughters, giving them a fun way to stay entertained while we waited for our food. They also enjoyed coloring the kids' menu, which kept their little hands busy and added to the fun atmosphere.
The food was exactly what we hoped for. My youngest had Kraft Mac & Cheese with fries, my older daughter had chicken and fries, and I went with the Cajun Chicken Pasta, which was delicious. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the portion sizes were just right.
Of course, no dinner with little ones is complete without a little excitement—my three-year-old decided the booth was her personal trampoline. Thankfully, the restaurant was family-friendly, and no one seemed to mind her enthusiasm.
The highlight of the night? I let my daughters pretend it was my three-year-old’s birthday so we could surprise her with a molten lava cake. The Chili’s staff brought it out with a smile, and seeing my daughters’ faces light up made the moment priceless.
Overall, this was a fantastic family outing. The food was great, the service was friendly, and my daughters had an absolute blast. I’ll definitely be bringing them back for another fun...
Read moreWe've eaten at the Bee Cave Chilis several times and the food has always been good. Our visit last night on 11/13/17 was a different story. The menu has changed, became confusing, and the options have diminished. I placed an order and next to the order you could choose which level of spiciness you would like the chicken to be. When my order arrived it looked nothing like the picture. I rudely learned from the waitress that I had ordered wrong. The chicken (aka:crispers) I ordered were nothing but a piece of chicken fried with a fish and chips batter on it. It was very greasy and tasteless. On top of ordering wrong off of a confusing menu, our food was terrible. My husbands hamburger was drenched in grease, his pickles tasted like salt, and you couldn't tell the difference between the taste of the cheese and the taste of the meat. I tried to eat my misordered chicken but it was so greasy and tasteless that I couldn't eat it so the waitress brought me half an order of what I had intended to order in the first place and it was hardly edible. I'm not sure what has happened to the Chilis we used to enjoy. We will not be eating at...
