We've been in Bel Air for almost 2 years now and didn't even notice this was here until after a year. It didn't stand out, and we weren't drawn to it by appearance alone after we saw it. We finally checked reviews to see if anyone ever visits and were kind of surprised to see such positive feedback. So finally, we decided to check it out. First impression walking through the door was... it's clean! The restaurant is organized, tidy, and free of the dirt and grime some places build up over the years. It was very refreshing. The bathrooms were clean too, and that matters. The menu has a lot of options, but not overwhelming. And I say that in a good way. We got the cream chipped beef and chicken and waffles. I really wanted to try some of the lunch options, but we were specifically out for a breakfast date and decided to stick to the plan. The food came out quickly and was well prepared. Everything was fresh and flavorful. We were totally being nosey and eyeballing everyone's meals around the room, and everything looked really delicious. Breakfast was fantastic, but I think going for lunch or dinner is the real winner at this place, and we plan to go back for that. They had this really fun looking appetizer where the server lights a skillet full of cheese on fire at the table, allows it to melt, and then serves it with bread. Again... being nosey... we watched others eat this and it looked delightful. Rich and gooey looking... you kind of can't go wrong with melted cheese and we need to go back so we can order it.

Best Greek food in Harford County! Started with the Avgolemono lemon-egg drop soup. Tangy with lots of lemon. Uses a chicken broth base. The simple feta plate was extensive with plump capers, lots of heavily marinated kalamata olives& chunks of fresh ripe tomato. Don't miss the entree: spinach+feta chicken. Large chicken breasts top & bottom sandwich a heavy layer of spinach & feta on a bed of orzo rice. Beautiful & a wonderful flavor. Included a varied & fresh Greek salad with superb Greek salad dressing. Finally, 2 deserts were split onto 2 plates for us: the heavy-syrup-filled Greek baklava, & a special lemon filo pastry of the day--very lemony. An excellent meal whether you're there for lunch or dinner. Wonderful service & a warm Greek welcome!

This was my first visit to this place, I've heard of this place before and my wife and I were in the area looking for a new place to eat and I remembered, so we deiced to go. Since we didn't know much about the menu we chose burgers, my wife ordered cretan and burger and I went for lamb burger, we were delightfully surprise. The burgers were FANTASTIC, the meat was perfectly cooked- medium well, and they added an oyster mushroom with glazed browned onions. The result a well balanced combination of flavors meat, feta cheese and onions. Great job! I'll keep coming!

Please bring back the service and good quality you were known for!

Went there for breakfast. Hardly had anyone there..Maybe there is a reason.

My wife ordered orange juice and they filled the glass full of ice. Who does that? Makes me wonder if it is a cost cutting tactic. My coffee cup was just about 1/2 filled in a small cup but I did not say anything because I knew they would be around for refills. Never saw anyone walk around offering refills of coffee. When I asked for a refill, I never saw the waitress again.

The food serving size has definitely smaller and the potatoes and bacon had an old grease taste which is uncharacteristic of what I experienced before.

I decided to leave and asked for the check at the check-out area rather than continue waiting for a coffee. As I was leaving I could hear two waitresses, standing idle behind the dinner area, complaining that there was no business. Maybe they could have helped the busy waitress and do some coffee refills?

As I checked out, I was thanked for dining there but not asked how everything was as they always done in the past. Maybe she already knew what I would say? While she was very pleasant I did mention to her that I could see a change there and about the coffee service. She apologized and said she would talk to the waitress. However, I told her that I really did not feel she was totally at fault. Any manager would have seen the lack of service and would have been on top of it. Maybe the owner and manager are on vacation? Other than the waitress or two that was working and bus-boy, I never saw the manager or owner there as you would normally see.

Since I am complaining, the music was out and I was told it was broke. Sorry, I hate going out to dead quite restaurants.

I hope the owner takes a little time and asks the few remaining customers and employees for feedback and consider going back to the old 'way". I will probably go back again hoping my next dining...

Would eat there again. Found the lamb chops to be really good. Found it to be a little on the pricey side. Also drop of Meza sampler. Didn't care for the Roe spread but the meat that comes with it was excellent! The marinara that Went with the squid and calamari was an excellent combination too! The pitas were light and airy and very pasty with the tzatziki sauce. The Avgolemono (lemon chicken rice) soup did not have much in it and was lacking in flavor compared to others we have had. the Greek potatoes also we're not as good as others we've had. We also found the eggplant spread to be not very flavorful turn on the lake any other we've had. Would not get the soup a plant or potatoes here again. Many other items to try on the menu to see how they stack up against other Greek places. Pleasant and clean setting to the restaurant . Went or a Friday about 1 p.m. There were only four or five tables occupied in the entire place. Might go back when they have karaoke to see how they run it. Not sure what night that is. Plenty of good and free parking on the side with a good handicap ramp for access. Don't think there was a powered door for handicap access at the front door. Definitely will be...
