Pizza wasn’t great and their customer service was awful. We ended up throwing on whole pizza away.

We called at 11am to order 6 pizzas for a party at a play place to be delivered at 3:15pm. If you’ve ever had a kids party at a play place you have 30 minutes in the party room to eat food, snacks, and cake before you’re kicked out. Called at 3:17pm from the party and the “manager” on duty says the delivery person left and should be there soon. I explained I ordered this well in advance to ensure they would be on time as we only have 30 minutes in the room. The kid says shes sorry and nothing she can do about it besides to say she’s sorry. And that they got busy… but if I ordered well in advance for a specific time would my $100 pizza only 🤡 order not be made priority to ensure it’s delivered on time? They shouldn’t have agreed to provide a timely service if they weren’t able to meet their agreement.

Keep in mind this place is 1.4 miles away which is 5 minutes away… I had to ask her to contact the delivery driver and was told 2 minutes at 3:19pm. Well they didn’t show up until 3:30pm. Normally I wouldn’t care but we just had 15 minutes of our time wasted because they said they would deliver at 3:15pm knowing it was for a party at a party place.

I use to drive 35 minutes to go eat there but...

Their pizza is the best in town; the pizza sauce is so fresh, they clearly use high quality cheese, and the crust is perfectly thin. The unique pizzas (like the spaghetti pizza) are all really good. All of their subs are delicious. I had a tomato based pasta dish and it was good, nothing to write home about, but it was delivery so 🤷‍♀️. Absolutely fantastic cream of crab soup! it's buttery, and not super thick. They have fresh cut French fries, and while they are the best fresh cut fries I've had, I dont like fresh cut I like frozen fries so that sucks for me.

They have very nice, well trained staff. They always have a ton of staff on too, so you dont have to wait around for service at the counter. Once when it was really busy, they gave me a $15 gift card for waiting for like ten minutes for my food. Basically gave me the food for free, super cool.

Great delivery service! They bring your food in 30 mins. I don't even know how they manage cooking and driving it over that fast.

Not the best parking lot, sort of difficult to get out when traffic is heavy. But this place is worth the traffic...

Tonight my fiance and I placed an order around 640. A fairly simple order of a LG cheese pizza and cheese garlic bread. We were told 20 mins and arrive around 7:10 because I like to give a small extra room incase of delay. Upon arrival they pulled down our order pause and the two people behind the counter went into the back kitchen. It was clear they had forgotten the garlic bread after a few minutes. When someone returned we asked what was wrong and they said they were waiting on the bread. Rather they saying they forgot and needed to make it, which had they owned up to that we'd be a bit more understanding. But instead were were told they didn't know how long it was going to be. Ten minutes later we recieve our full order and drive the 10 minutes home. Now our pizza was Lukewarm and upon eating it we notice the bottom was completely burnt. We try to order here once a month because it's been our go to pizza place. Though after the carelessness tonight we will be defering elsewhere ...
