Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Belen

Wow the food here was abysmal. Probably good enough for Belen, but they'd be forced to change management in a real town. I was there visiting my mom. Tried ordering for delivery online and the website said we were out of the delivery range. Called on the phone and they took our order. After 45 minutes we get the food. The boneless chicken was hard like it had been re-microwaved. The pizza and the cheese bread was basically inedible. Both we extremely doughy and undercooked. If you pulled the crust apart it looks like there was cheese inside but it was just the uncooked dough stretching apart. I travel a lot for work and will often order pizza to my hotel. Occasionally I order Dominos. This was definitely the most disgusting food I have ever received from them. They need to do an overhaul on this place because I felt physically nauseated after trying to eat...

The last few orders have been wrong with no efforts to correct issues. Today the manager delivered the order. Saw it was missing part of the order and didn't make an effort to correct it. Called the store after finding out my pizza is burned. Called to chat with the manager and didn't get any assistance from him. He didn't care or bother to even apologize for the issues. Customers don't matter to them. Buy from this location at your own risk. They are going down hill.

Update Contacted corporate and was informed this location is locally owned and would have the owner call me. A week later and no return call. Corporate doesn't seem to...

I placed an order for delivery. It seems that I am outside delivery area which I found out when the driver harangued me about it and leaving a proper tip before walking off in a huff. When placing the order I asked if a tip would be added to the receipt, the order taker assured me it was on the receipt, which I never got. Glad they are doing so well that they feel confident in treating customers that way. I am in the middle of a new build area, 300 new houses going up. I would be sending someone out with specials and coupons begging for all that new business instead of irking them. This customer will call Pizza...
