Los Pollos — Restaurant in Bell

Horrible service by cashier lady and random lady in back. Began to get hostile with me after I asked for a fresh chicken since the order they tried to give me had been sitting and I was already waiting for over 15 minutes after placing a phone order another 15 minutes before I arrived. And on top of that they didn’t even want to give me the extra side I paid for because that order didn’t say it had one even though my receipt did. Clearly that wasn’t even my order but they insisted it was and reluctantly gave me my extra side on the spot and I wouldn’t be surprised if the lady yelling at me in the back spit in it out of spite. I have been coming to this location for years and have never had an issue until now and I will no longer be returning for their mediocre chicken when Costco has better chicken for a 1/4 of the price. This place has turned into a “well give you what we feel like and spit in your food if you disagree” and I no longer recommend this...

Even if the chicken is decent I've got to say if I was able to put ZERO stars I would. The customer service here is horrendous, my partner and I arrived at 8:23 PM (the place closes at 9:00 pm, a short stubby older cashier with short curly hair took our order and SHE decided this order was to go because it was almost closing time (not to mention, we convinced ourselves to drive from Downtown L.A. just to give this place a benefit of a doubt) and as if that wasn't bad enough she was giving us such a bad time and attitude over us not knowing that side orders are called "combinaciones" in Spanish (to us, combinaciones is combinations). I'd hate to be the owner and have that lady running my business, I have no clue where she got her customer service skills... Most likely we'll never be visiting this place again, way to lose a customer...

I didn't want to write this review because me and my family have been long time customers literally over 20 years, but recently the cashier and the food has been bad. Let's start with the chicken, it's dry and super small for the price and sometimes they give it to you burn. Now the cashiers, they act like they are the owners, they are disrespectful and if you ask them to add something to the menu or take off they say, I can't do it and you have to pay now. THIS ISNT THE FIRST NOR SECOND TIME. The cashier need to be trained or given better customer service. We won't be coming back because I gotten to a point that I hate coming because of the cashiers. It's so disappointing because we been long time customer, but by looking at the reviews they know their service is bad yet, they choose to not...
