A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Belleville

As a first time customer (which drive through had no idea I was a first time customer) I was pleased with Troy's service. He made me feel like I was a VIP.

While waiting for my food, I was asking him questions on the history of the building as well as other questions following. Troy answered the questions without hesitation and with smile on his face the entire time. Troy made sure I had napkins, sauce for my cheese curds, and made sure I was well taken care of, made me laugh, etc, before driving off to go eat my food. I'd say that is royalty service for a fast food place. Troy, I'll be coming back to this specific A&W just because of you. I will also let my family and friends know, too.

Went with the family on a Sunday shortly after noon and the place was packed! They opened one week before we went and the town is still excited about having an A&W in the area. The workers were kind and helpful. Table service is a nice surprise in a fast food restaurant and the woman who brought our food even came by later to ask if everything tasted good.

I had a hotdog and a root beer float in a tall mug. I enjoyed every bite, as did the rest of the family.

Since this restaurant is housed in an old bank, they left the vault door that leads into what looks like what will become a small arcade with a trophy case housing A&W memorabilia. My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of having Taylor take our order in the drive through. I had a somewhat complicated order with special request. Taylor made us feel as if the special requests were no problem at all. She made sure everything was correct and ran over our order again to make sure we had it all right. The customer service experience we had with Taylor was exactly what you would hope to come by when it comes to any type of customer service.
