Busy Body Meals (Coffee, Meal-Prep & More) — Restaurant in Belleville

We love busy body! We didn’t have an interest in prepped meals but tried the coffee because we passed it often driving. The coffee is awesome and we have since tried multiple meals and drinks and bakery items. Super nice for something quick that fits in most people’s meal plans effortlessly. Im a total sucker for fast food because of the convenience but this takes no longer than fast food and doesn’t leave me feeling tired and lethargic. It’s an obvious better option in my opinion, and we are by no means gym rats or meal-preppers There’s something for everyone and it does taste great! The staff is always nice. It’s clear the owners put a lot of passion into their business and the health of the community. It’s a great and needed idea, reasonably priced, and meaningful.

First time visiting this place and it was great! I typically meal prep my own lunches and dinners but i was running behind on prepping and stopped in to grab lunch for work. Honest to god they have the best protein powder infused coffee ive tasted. Every one I’ve tried before has always had a weird aftertaste, but theirs was absolutely perfect. I also grabbed their Korean beef and rice bowl, (ive yet to try it) but it does look good. If I had to state one con, it would be that the portion size seems a little small, for someone like me who strength trains atleast. But i would definitely go back! BB Meals is phenomenal! Kate & Ty are extremely precise, timely, efficient, and friendly. Their meals taste wonderful & they have a great variety to choose from. You will not be disappointed with their first class service. It’s easy to order online, also weekly reminders to get your orders in by midnight on Wednesday & notifying their customers of their unavailability so you can order more meals for that timeframe.. they even deliver for free in STL & they drop off the meals in a cooler bag to your doorstep!
