There was a large dog in the store (owners dog) this morning at 11 when I went in with my 2 year old daughter. The dog growled and nearly bit my daughter directly in the face as we were checking out. I pulled her away as it was happening thankfully she wasn't bit. All because she was excited in a candy shop. She wasn't loud or being obnoxious or messing with said dog at all. We were looking for price of the candy and received no help for about 10 minutes, then the candy I wanted was busted with its spout for distribution and they told me there was nothing they could do… then we proceeded to check out and waited bout another 10 minutes and the lady running the shop and register was talking loudly with her friends during that time. This place is a wonderland for kids! A must stop if you’re in town. Went here on a whim visiting for a festival and saw a lot of stuff when I was a kid. Grabbed a few items for my son and the prices are very decent even with the ongoing inflation and financial situations. The staff are friendly and amazing! Will return when back...
