Captain D's — Restaurant in Belleville

This place needs NEW MANAGEMENT!! The food was, and is, always good! That said, the ATTITUDE, KNOWLEDGE & PROFESIONALISM are severely lacking!! Couldn't understand the girl at the counter because she mumbled some type of English. Put something on bill, that I didn't order,Then ARGUED with me about it! Gave my 76 yr old mother attitude when she asked for UTENSILS, and walked away from her!! Now...let's talk about the "Bathroom Situation". I have been in cleaner State Park Porta-potties!!! NO urinal AT ALL! Toilet paper EVERYWHERE(Except in the dispenser). Faces on the floor & "wet" everywhere!! Rolls of Toilet Paper on top of Wash Sink(to DRY HANDS!) because there's NO PAPER TOWLES. Soap sitting in the dispenser bag, on the counter(NO way to get it out though!). This place looks and acts like it's run by 5th graders!! My guess...that's the education level required for employment at THIS particular establishment!!

My advice, if you absolutely have to have Captain D's. Hit the Drive-thru!!! And cross...

Ive been a loyal customer for a long time. Tonight i came in and i will say this was the worst service I've ever recieved. There was only 1 girl up front and 2 people in the back fixing the food. Now when i got there it was not busy at all but had to wait 5 min just to get my order taken. My servers name was Alaisha. Very polite and curtious and apologized for the wait. She asked her mgr to come up and help her cause it was getting busy. Obviously he didnt and food kept piling up. I waited over 30 min for my order most of my food was cold. My server was kind enough to replace certain things for me. The manager in charge name is Kofi. Not once did he apologize for my wait or even asked what i was waiting on. The few times ive had problems with long wait time Kofi has been there not knowing what to do. Very unprofessional as far as a manager goes. As someone who just moved to the East Side of Belleville. I figured my family & I would try Captain D's for the first time since moving to the Mid West. Seeing as how it's down the street from where we moved. Online it clearly states they're open until 9PM. When calling to place the order the woman employee who picked up the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE & stated I should not believe what I see online due to the fact they do not update their online information. As a man who works in the customer service & satisfaction field. That would have been fine if the tone in her voice & her demeanor would have been professional. Unfortunately it did not. As I stated before she was extremely rude. Therefore I will be contacting corporate & NOT spending my money nor referring anyone I know to do business with this franchise. COMPLETELY...
