I ordered a 12 count oven roasted wing one evening when I got the wings home ready to eat my dinner I saw what appeared to look like frog legs I was served wings that were supposed to be whole wings with all of the drummies chopped off with the exception of Maybe 5 and even those looked deformed so imagine deformed chicken in my Box needless to say I called back to speak with the manager the manager assured me that they would make it right I proceeded to let the manager know how disgusted and gross that it was and that it would be a while before I returned well today I figured let me go ahead and try them out again I went to the manager and that manager proceeded to tell me how because I did not have the product I did not have a receipt and the employee that I was referring to no longer worked there they were not going to honor what was said when I asked for the corporate office phone number they told me how they did not care but yet and still hesitated to give me the phone number for the corporate office they then offered me to2 or 3 piece of a roasted meal as if I want it to be pacified I looked at the manager and let them know ma'am this is nothing I would make up I realize I took pictures of only maybe 1R2 wings but it happened you know it happened because the person who used to work there you had to fire ! hYou should have honored it now you have lost a...

I ordered some chicken where it clearly says 24.99 for 12 wings and then on the other side it said $32.99 they lady says even tho it’s on there for $24.99 they didn’t change it and have to charge me $32.99 I told her that’s not fair as it’s big as day $24.99. I usually have coupons but today I was rushing. I told them I wanted corporate because its not my fault you did not change the prices and my price which was $24.99 should be honored. Update I was told by Betty from corporate that I would receive my difference so I called today her and the janitor Kate was so rude chillleeeeee I could not believe this was corporate I was speaking to! The order was for four 6-piece party wings and a regular order of Mac and cheese totaling $32.92. When my SO went to pick up the order he was informed they had run out of party wings, but that they had no way to inform the customers regarding a change in the orders. He was told that I would need to call Lee’s to speak with a manager. I called Lee’s at 9:55pm and spoke with Kristy (last name unknown). She attempted to see if she could assist me with the order refund but was unable to. Kristy gave me the number to corporate and let me know to try them and if not, to give her a call back. I appreciate her service. I’ll reach out to corporate on Monday to see what they can do regarding my refund.
