Without a doubt the WORST customer service I ever experienced. It wasn't non existent, it was worse...just horrible. I called to schedule a Bday party here out of convenience for most of the guests, I was pleasantly surprised there was no fee to rent the play place, and I guess you get what you pay for...but I would have gladly paid for a better experience.
First we arrived and the play place was FILTHY. We reserved the room and they know we were coming...someone came and wiped down the tables, but never the floor...ok fine.
Next, I ordered cheeseburgers and fries for all my guests. I asked if they would bring it back to the play place when it was ready because there were only a few adults and I wanted to get back to hosting the party. She told me to just come back out in 5 min. Ok...fine.
I came back out and everything was piled on 2 trays...I got another adult to help me cause they refused. Whatever.
At some point another group of kids came in and spilled a drink by the entry way....I was going to ask for it to be cleaned up and the lady with that group said she sent her daughter to tell them...remember this point.
I went to ask for some cutlery...there was no one at the counter but they were filling orders at the drive thru...so I waited patiently. The same lady that refused to help me earlier looked right thru me...I smiled and patiently waited. Another worker looked at me and refused to acknowledge me as well...walked up to the other girl who was at the fry machine...she motion towards me then they turned there backs and said something indistinguishable...but it was obvious they were talking about me. We she walked past, I smiled and say excuse me, can you hand me a cutlery set? The dark haired girl was now chipper "oh yes ma'am". Handed it to me and I went on my way.
After cake you can imagine we had a huge mess, so I went back to ask for napkins. The girl with the orange hair (the main rude one) and standing RIGHT IN FRONT of the napkin bin....I say "excuse me, can you hand me a bunch of napkins". She starts to...then stops and says...there is a dispenser in the lobby and points to the other side of the restaurant" I look at the dispenser and back at her and say I need a bunch, I'm not about to pull them out a few at a time. She rebuts, and I say again, can you please just hand me a stack of napkins. She does and I walk away.
As we leave abt 30 min later....that spilled drink was still on the floor.

Read moreI have debated writing a review on this place for a long time. I mean it is McDonald’s, so what can you really expect. I had sworn off this place for about 6 months, but it is on my route almost every time I go some where, plus french fries are one of the only things my kid eats (I’m working on that). But enough is enough. I have decided I am going to make a series about every experience I have here, good or bad. I will erase everything that’s happened in the past (wrong orders constantly, rude staff, unclean facility) and only write about my experiences from here on out. My biggest complaint with this place is there’s a sign up that says “Veteren Owned”. As a vet myself, I know that standards are a big part of the military, and this place has none. The only thing I can think is the owner is just trying to draw more business in with that sign. So, at this time, I would like to demand the owner take down that sign, until this place gets some professionalism and dignity. You’re making all us other veterans look bad. Ok, on with Season One, Episode One:
We drive through and order a number of single items. We asked if we could make the Bacon McDouble (its on the $1, $2, $3 deal) into a value meal. No, you can’t she replies. Why not exactly I wonder (no flexibility)? The total comes to $9.03 to which I hand her $10.03. She proceeds to hand me a handful of change ($.97 to be exact). I tell her I thought it was $9.03. It’s on the receipt, she says, and nothing more. The actual price was $10.06. Why couldn’t she speak up and tell me I was three cents off (no engagement with customers)? And why did she tell me wrong to begin with, as my wife heard her say the same thing (attention to detail)? So we get our food, and to our surprise the order was correct. As we drive down the road, my wife and Dad take drinks of their tea, only to find out that it’s unsweet instead of sweet. We promptly turn back around to get our right order. When I looked at the receipt, it actually said 2 unsweet teas. Ironically, they did get our order right, unfortunately that’s not what we told the girl at the drive through. Stay tuned for the next episode of... Take...

On Saturday morning April 20 we were taking 10 special olympic athletes and 3 coaches to eat breakfast to this site before making a 2 hour drive for soccer competition. We arrived at 6:00 AM. Even though the sign on the door says they open at 5:00 AM, the door was locked. I stood outside and looked at the girl working inside. She finally mouthed they weren't open. I mouthed that the sign says 5:00. She finally walked over closer to the window and said they weren't open. I asked when will you be open and her response was "maybe in 30 minutes". Thank goodness Hardees is just down the street and we could eat since Hardees was open and opened on time. Now if this were the first time this had happened, I probably would not be complaining. However this is the third time we have encountered the same situation at this place. On other occasions I have gone there for a sandwich and encountered rude, hostile workers. I guess the employees aren't concerned with providing service. I guess the store manager isn't concerned with profits. I guess as a whole the people at this McDonald's don't care about anything other than picking up a paycheck. Wonder when they will understand that after they have alienated all of their customers, there won't be a paycheck to pick up because the doors are locked and they no longer...
