Um where do I begin??? Elizabeth’s confidence is everything! Her ability to cater to her customers was very telling of the experience we were about to have. Wow, the food was amazing. So flavorful and the spice was quite to my liking. The suya was sooo tender, the efo riro was plenty, the Chapman drink is a must get, the special pasta was yum. The PUFF PUFF omg. I prefer these the most when they are cold. Next time we will try the jollof. Twale is 45 minutes from us but my husband and I will be taking the drive for these worthwhile dishes! Yooooo this lady can coook 😭😭😭. I love trying Nigerian restaurants . Although I cook a lot myself , I still like trying Nigerian restaurants when I get a chance. Recently moved to JC and let me tell you, this is the second restaurant I’ve tried and I’m sticking by them 😭. That Ayamase slaps… the jollof rice is well seasoned and grainy, not too soft. The ogbono was good, the ewa aganyi was a delight! The packaging is great! To top it off, the lady is friendly and has great customer service 🥹. I don’t know if it’s a new restaurant but I hope and pray they stay consistent unlike most NYC restaurants that do not stay...

I recently ordered takeout from Twale’s, and I was blown away by the quality of the food. The spaghetti delight is to die for—perfectly cooked and rich in flavor- simply irresistible.

The portion sizes were beyond generous, and the food was hot and fresh. The packaging was sturdy and kept everything intact, so nothing felt soggy or lost its flavor. It’s clear they put a lot of love and care into every dish.
