Wendy's — Restaurant in Belleville

Released from hospital at 9:01 p.m., Shiloh Memorial hospital. Decided Wendy's would have nutricious food so drove directly there. We were unable to get to the speaker so pulled up to the window. No one in line before or after us. We asked the guy playing with his phone if we could order since we could not get to the speaker. He said no, you have to go all the way around the building to order. Back to his phone he went. We drove around to order. Ordered the big bacon combo and half sweet, half unsweet tea. $12.10. Immediately ate a fry as we drove home (5 minutes from Wendys, across from SWIC.) The fry was warm, not hot and was half limp and left a waxy grease coating in my mouth. I got home and opened the burger. The cheese was slid off the burger and chilled/stuck to the paper. I scraped the cold cheese off the paper and put it back into the bun. The burger was slid all apart and 1 piece of bacon. I put the cold burger back together and into the air frier to heat it and the cold greasy fries. Totally disappointed with this experience. Oh, and after we ordered and drove to the window, the guy was still on his phone and dancing. And my half sweet, half unsweet tea was all sweet. I gave Wendy's here at 5959 Belleville Crossing, here in Belleville Illinois ONE STAR because I order one Burger for seven dollars and some cent. The Lady told me over the speaker that my bill was nine dollars and some cents. I couldn't believe my ears so I gave her six dollars. However, when I drove up to the window. The young lady told me my bill was nine dollars and some cents. I told the young lady the price on the board says seven dollars and some cent while the lady's held her hand out for some more of my money. I responded telling her I suppose to pay for the mistake❓️the young lady told me she didnt make the mistake, and it wasn't her fault that the sign wasn't up dated. I told her that's not how it works and to give me back my money back. Went in for dinner last night and it was horrible. I changed my previous 5 star to a 1. She kept having to ask us to wait so she could get the order entered in. Then saying is that all, Like we were taking to long to order. Mind you it was 3 meals, not a large order. The order wasn't correct, the girl who I told was going to have it made wrong again. This was after 2 minutes explaining the cheeseburger I brought back was supposed to be a hamburger only ketchup. I had to get the grill workers attention to have it made right. 10 minutes later, I had the correct burger. Mind you they had maybe 2 cars in drive thru, so no reason for 10 minute wait.
