Amazing! So glad we decided to stop and try this place. Their hot pot is absolutely phenomenal. As a foodie, I don’t say something is phenomenal very often and this place really earned it. All the veggies were fresh, the meat was fresh, the soup accoutrements were well thought out and all very tasty. The soup 🍜 was just soooo good. Variety of flavors you can make with their added soup condiments /ingredients. Only tiny critique is that I wish the soup accoutrements came out sooner so I knew they could be cooked into the soup. They came out prob after about 10-15 minutes when the veggies and meat was already cooked. Still, 5 stars, absolutely delicious. I’ll be back. About $33 for one hot pot but we probably had 4 plates of veggies and 4 plates of meat/noodles too. (Plates are from the conveyor belt of fresh ingredients to add to your...
Read moreThis restaurant has an interesting concept; i.e. using the typical sushi conveyor belt and replacing the plate selections with hotpot ingredients! Each customer essentially pays for the base soup ($5-$6 each), and then grab whatever plates they want to share. Fun concept! Ingredients are fresh, and the Lao Spicy Beef broth is flavorful. Staff are very friendly and occasionally check in with us to ensure everything is good. Tables and utensils are all well-cleaned. Because of the ability to share the plates, the bill is cheaper than Boiling Point and about 2 times cheaper than Happy Lamb! Also great that there are plenty other food stalls to choose from in this marketplace. This place is popular, and parking can be challenging during peak hours. But if you're willing to park further, there will definitely be...

I tried the sausage and another unrelated establishment and was hooked! Since then, I had been on the hunt to find this sausage with the same amazing flavors and cooked to absolute perfection. I like my cooked a little drier with a little crisp on the outside. Now, I am not Laotian, nor am I a Lao sausage connoisseur, but of ALL (seriously, from Tacoma to Seattle, in between, and Facebook!) the ones I tried, this one was probably ranked 6/10). The conveyor style hot pot...
