Chakra — Restaurant in Bellevue

Food is good but customer service is terrible, I placed an order through GrubHub because I had a promotion. I called ahead informing them that I cannot eat rice because I'm on a keto diet. I asked them to simply substitute the rice coming with the order with yogurt which is the same price on their menu and the cashier female clerk simply said no substitutions even though the price is exactly the same for rice and yogurt. It sounded like I was dealing with a robot with no humanity. I then asked to make the order dine in as the order wasn't packed yet and once again she said no, for no reason. She said it would have to be packed and once again I argued that how the hell does it matter if I'm the one who has to consume and eat the order. It's not like the order is being delivered. She was not interested in serving the needs of her customer. I'll end my review with one piece of advice for the owner, in this country if you don't have good customer service, you are doomed to fail.

This is a self serve place inside the Crossroads Mall .We reached there in the evening on a Sunday and there was only one person ahead of us in the line to order. But they take their sweet time to prepare each order. At that time they didn’t tell us about the possible wait time. We had to wait more than 45 minutes for our buzzer to go and when we reached the counter, part of our order had already gotten cold. Masala dosa and onion Utappam could have been good but they had gotten so cold that we couldn’t enjoy them. Paneer butter masala and naan were alright . They should really be transparent and upfront about the possible wait times at the time of taking the order and then manage the order pick up in a more efficient way. They kept on taking orders and the wait line for pick up kept on getting bigger and bigger. It was a total chaos .
