Boba Express — Restaurant in Bellevue

We asked if their fruit smoothies were "made with all fruit". They said "Yes", so we ordered two. As the attendant was making the smoothies, we didn't see any fruit being used, so we asked how they could be considered "all fruit" if no fruit was used. The attendant said that it was a fruit juice concentrate. My wife asked, "So, is it 100% fruit juice or does it have added sugar?" The attendant said that the juice had added sugar. Being disappointed with the answer, my wife continued to watch intently as the smoothie was being made. There was a substance put into the smoothie that looked like dairy, which gave her even more cause for concern as she is allergic to dairy, so she asked, "Is that dairy?" The attendant said no that it was a non-dairy creamer. Oh my goodness! Gasp, that isn't desirable either! The smoothies were horribly sweet and disgusting. Bottom line, if you think you are getting an all fruit smoothie at this establishment, you are mistaken; they don't know what that means! Cashier is really rude - we used to go here many years ago and never had any issues. Today when I was placing the order the cashier looked jaded and was rude to my active son who was curious about looking at things. We asked for two cups of water and he gave one had to ask for another too (everyone in food court gives water complimentary).
