I really wish there could be negative stars because that's what I would rate them. This is not the first time I have had issues with this Casey's. I totally forgot that this is the one I hate going to and yet reordered again because I had had a stressful day in the heat and just didn't even think about it. Anyways the first time I had ordered from them they messed up my order I called them and they told me they couldn't help me and pretty much the guy on the phone said that I was lying about what happened to my pizza. I was in the hospital there was no way for me to come and get the pizza or anything. And they were super rude to me and hung up on me and so I had to call their manager personally on her personal phone and tell her what was going on. Then tonight we ordered some pizza we ordered a thin crust taco pizza and a thin crust supreme. We got a supreme pizza then crust and a supreme pepperoni. I was on the phone with one of the employees and was telling him what happened with my pizza. As I was doing that my daughter pulled a piece of parchment paper out of her mouth that was inside of the pizza he told me we don't have that here there's no way we don't make that in our pizza. I said I know you don't I don't know why it was inside of the supreme Pizza. About made me throw up in my mouth. He was really rude to me and pretty much called me a liar. I told him that all I wanted was the pizza replaced I wasn't asking for a refund or anything. They refuse to replace my pizza even though it was wrong and we were willing to bring it in. Said I had to wait for a manager. I don't see how you can't just replace the pizza it was made wrong. The first lady I talked to even admitted that this is the fifth pizza that had been messed up today. I'm sure all the other people got their pizzas replaced. Then I got hung up on because I said this happens to me every time I come to this Casey's. So instead of being a man about it he had someone else answer the phone that just got on the clock. I literally had just ordered pizza 30 minutes before. So some old man got on the phone and started to yell at me and tell me because he wasn't there they can't help me. Seriously I have the receipt you just dropped it off to us was just delivered to us literally 5 minutes before I called them. And he started to raise his voice at me and tell me he could not help me he was also rude as well. I cannot believe the way that they treat people it's customers come first isn't it? I used to work at Casey's and to tell me that they don't have parchment papers BS I know for a fact they use it all the time with all of their cookies and their pizza slices and everything else. And it was inside the pizza baked inside of the pizza that's very disturbing. I absolutely will never ever ever ever order from this Casey's again. To top it off why would you treat customers like that we had a house party going on ordered pizza for our guest and yet now we had to go without food because we can't even call anybody till Monday cuz tomorrow is a 4th of July. Honestly this is ridiculous we didn't have the money for it in the first place and here we are getting screwed over because they messed up. Never go to this Casey's or eat their food I highly doubt they are hygienically clean and they are very rude and don't care about their customers. I will tell you one thing though if it's the same manager they have she's not going to stand for this. I will be calling corporate this is absolutely ridiculous and I hope that the people that did this see this message. And I hope they all lose their jobs because this is beyond ridiculous. I'm pretty sure this is the same guy that that did this to me last time and he was supposed to be fired that time. Read moreWell, besides the factor of it taking forever putting $10 of gas in my vehicle AT the pump. Just had my first encounter of what I thought was fraudulent activity but nope, was Casey’s trying to screw someone over in a hard world right now. Went to pay a bill before being completely broke and noticed I was down $75. I checked my account activity and saw I had a pending transaction for this amount so I immediately called my card carrier to report fraud as I only got $10 of gas. So, apparently, if you pay at the pump (ONLY at Casey’s as I have NOT had this issue ever at Bucky’s, QT, or Hyvee gas station) they take money from you to make sure your gas is covered. I have a 12 gallon tank. Gas, at it’s highest, is a little over $2. I can justify $30. Shoot, $40. But $75 held to “make sure it is covered” when I put ONLY $10 in my gas tank and for a reason that now made me beyond broke and a bill unpaid. Very upsetting especially when Casey’s SUPPOSEDLY takes pride in their no contact delivery; but yet I can’t pay at the pump and not go in the store in this crisis. I’m livid. They have SEVEN business days to return the $65 owed back to me but it is quite ridiculous as I may have to wait until next week before I can pay a bill needing paid. I will NEVER get gas here ever again and will share this experience as nobody should have to go through what I just did. They definitely lost a customer that was a loyal customer with food and convenience items. I will be carrying this review onto lots of other platforms until I’m returned my money and something is done about this ordeal that clearly Casey’s doesn’t care about the pandemic and how it is affecting like EVERYWHERE...
Read moreI went to caseys to buy my boyfriend a pack of cigarettes and when I first went in, I was never given my receipt. I went to the car to call my boyfriend and he told me he had already bought some. I went RIGHT back in and the clerk told me she wouldn't give me my money back because there's no refund on tobacco although I had just purchased then seconds before. She wouldn't even let me talk to a manager. I will NEVER be back here again. EVER. worst customer service expirience I've ever recorded and WORST refund policy I've heard of. NOT TO MENTION there's no sign stating this refund policy ANYWHERE...
