Update edit: October 2016 I wish I could leave multiple reviews, this place is just awful, they ALWAYS take forever to pick up the phone(I'm talking up to 5 minutes), we placed the order and went to pick it up, there was literally no one there, we waited for more than 5 minutes until someone came from the back. They still got my order wrong. Meanwhile literally 1 ring tone to the downtown location(next to the panera) and someone already picks up the phone, friendly and helpful and they always get my order right. I only go to the crappy crossroads location because it's 3 minutes away from my house Seriously don't know what is wrong with this place, is not the staff, because they are constantly changing staff, so it must be the management. Never once got my order right and take FOREVER to pick up the phone, the current manager(I guess she is the manager? she is a black lady with redish hair) is really rude to customers, I ordered and waited in the store while they made my pizza, the whole time she was messing around and yelling(playing) with the other employees. Even after being physically there, they still got my order wrong. I also witnessed a guy picking up his pizzas and came back a few minutes later because they forgot his ranch and his pizzas were missing green peppers, the same lady being rude to him said that they were out of them(why the hell didn't they tell him that when he placed the order?) In a really "I dont care" manner she said "We are out of those, I can give you the 10 cents back if you want" the guy just left, I felt so bad for him. Seriously FIRE that girl! Read moreLiterally every single Online order I've ever placed that has been routed to this store has been cancelled. I've tried calling for more information (after cancellations) and the Manager has been extremely rude. They've given numerous excuses, including not being in the "delivery range". This location is 0.5 miles from me. The Manager has even previously insisted that I place an order over the phone with a Domino's that's over 5 miles away.
Tonight it was a pickup order I placed through the App, 2 hours before they closed. They cancelled my order 15 minutes after "starting" it. They then called and left a voice mail to tell me "[their] hours .. are going to be 10". I don't understand the constant issues, or why they don't simply update their hours.
When I've ordered from the Downtown Bellevue location in the past they've apologized and explained that this is not a one-off occurrence. Rather, this is a frequent occurrence from this Crossroads location.
Thankfully the Downtown Bellevue location has always gracefully delivered outside of their delivery area.
Simply put, it's not worth the hassle anymore and I'm just going to stick to ordering from other Pizza Restaurants until either this location closes or Domino's removes it from their Online services.

Read moreIt's a dominoes. The pizza was pretty good, although I'd have to say that the sauce was on a little heavier than expected. They do alright though all things considered.
EDIT: This has to be the most inconsistent fast food joint. I order while the manager is there and there are no problems, but then it's times like tonight that I wonder why I even bother? I get it, it's busy. I don't mind waiting though for my pizza to be done right. And I'm not expecting a 5 star restaurant experience out of a delivery place, but for goodness sakes turn the heat in the oven down and let the pizzas cook properly. There was nothing but a pile of oil on my first pizza, and then the remake was the same story. If they would have told me it would be a half hour before I could get another pizza made I'd have been fine with that. And thank you to the team member who tried to rush me out the door as soon as I came in to pick up my remake, you definitely didn't help the situation any nor seemed like you cared in the least. Please don't treat your customers like they're a burden.
