Absolutely the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I decided to make a mobile order on my phone so I could pick up on my way to work. I got there and noticed that there are 2 drive thru lanes;one for regular drive thru and one that says " Mobile orders and exit lane" so I went into the Mobile order lane. However there is no line or signal show where or how to merge with traffic in the normal lane. So I drove back around the building and went into the normal drive thru lane and informed the Voice that I was here for a mobile order. Told me to drive around to the window. So with a car ahead of me at the window, I waited in line. When it was my turn, I pulled up to the window and waited for about a minute until a women from another window yelled at me and I pulled up to that window. I informed her that I was there for a mobile order and She stated that they didn't have one come through. I just my phone and there was a order placed and she rudely said "As soon as we get that order we will bring your drink out to you" and left the window. So I waited to receive my drink and when I did I noticed that it was not a Peppermint Mocha color. I drove away taking a spit of it and instantly was overcome with a taste or watered down coffee with a hint or a flavor that was not peppermint. I drove back to the store to inform them that this was the wrong drink. I walked in to the Store to see the 3 ladies huddled at the front counter and one of them said" who made the drink? I didn't!" I walked up and said " im sorry but this does not taste like peppermint mocha." The girl that had helped me at the window said " ok. Can you take the lid off your cup?" and she proceeded to pump about 4 full pumps of syrup into this same drink. While She was doing this, the other employee at the counter said " That didn't even look like peppermint mocha." I said " I know it didn't look like or taste like it" The Girl "fixing" my drink brought it back over and said " well it smells like peppermint mocha" The other employee said " Well yea now it does" She gave me my drink and I took a little sip of it and was once again overcome by pure syrup of peppermint. Way to much. I was to annoyed and frustrated and late for work that I just left and threw the drink away. I ended up having my fiancee pick me up some Starbucks which was so much better. I will be calling corporate about the horrible service I...
Read moreI'm typically a very positive person and always give plenty of chances and this was by far the worst customer service and products I've ever dealt with in my 50 years. I walked in in person and was rudely approached by two different workers that kept ignoring my simple question of what's in a drink to help somebody in the Drive-Thru. When here I'm in person. They didn't have nitro Brew. They didn't have any donuts. I wanted to use a gift card that I had and she rudely didn't use it and took my money. I said no that's why I'm here to use the gift card and they argued with me and said they can't do it. Maybe a manager can. The drink was terrible made completely wrong cuz they didn't answer any of my questions. The main lady trying to help had no clue how to use the computer and rudely said that she doesn't know what's in the drinks because she doesn't drink coffee. The young girl that seemed to kind of know the product didn't want to stop for 2 seconds. Just to ask a couple questions so please do not support billion dollar companies like this that take advantage of our communities by pushing out the small Mon and pop shops that actually take pride with customer service and products. Bellevue's typically a pretty cool place and a lot of the businesses are locally owned like John's Grecian delight Stella's. There used to be a decent bakery and it got pushed out because of Starbucks crap and Duncan's and it's just ridiculous that people are so lost these days. They don't even know they still support McDonald's and Chick-fil-A and Taco Bell not realizing that's just billion. Dollar companies poisoning us so pharmaceuticals and doctors can make way more money than you and just keep Americans fat and stupid. I think Duncan chose that location because it was so close to Walgreens and CVS which is now closed and off at Air Force Base because of the traffic flow there. I hope more than a few people see this and all the other reviews about this location and it should not have been open for this long with all the reviews I've been seeing. Let's do our part stand together as Americans and push these stupid companies out. I didn't fight in the United States Air Force to be treated this terrible for a freaking...
Read moreDunkin' Donuts is subpar. I've gone to this place more than a handful of times now and have generally had the same experience: a lackluster or non-existent staff, causing long wait times. The food and the drinks themselves are not totally terrible, which makes up for the amount of time you have to wait.
Today, I went to the drive-thru to pick up a dozen donuts that my wife had ordered last night. I also ordered a latte and a hot chocolate and an extra donut for myself this morning. From ordering to getting my drinks, I was in the drive-thru line for 9 minutes. There were cars backed up all the way to Galvin and even on Galvin. The latte was very good, and my wife said the hot chocolate was good. The donuts my wife had placed in an order last night were made as she expected. However the donut that I ordered this morning, which had a frosting top, was placed upside down in the back causing the icing to smear all over the bottom of the bag losing the majority of the icing.
I will say, although I have had some dealings with rude staff here a long time ago, the past handful of times I have gone, the staff has been very pleasant and friendly.
Considering there are a few other choices for donuts around this area, I will still likely be going there. But I do wish there was...
