I've been coming to this location going on 3 years and it used to be great. I work an hour away from Bellevue, so being able to get my coffee, donuts, or food that I order so early in the morning was a plus. But over the past several months, I have been going less and less. The customers lately on the reviews aren't wrong. 1. The first thing they lack.. is customer service. No, hi, good morning. Welcome to Dunkin, none of that. It's a usual, "are you the mobile order?" 2. The food is simple and yet so mediocre, half the time it's cold, not cooked all the way, or just not what I asked for. 3. The drinks 95% of the time in the last 3 months have been incorrect. Like this morning, for example. My cup clearly states caramel drizzle in cup and on top, yet by the pictures I provided that has neither of those. 4. The amount of time it takes for you to go through drive through, even if you order ahead with mobile ordering your drink, will not get made until about 15 mins after you get there. To add on to the drive-through dilemma. You pull up to the kiosk for drive through, you're lucky if they respond to you first. But when they do, they ask you to wait. And then you're sitting there... at most, I had spent 15 minutes waiting ... 2nd, you pull up to the window. Where you are either greeted with "did you have a mobile order? Ok, we are still making it, " and then you sit and wait another 10 to 15 mins. For the order that was entered at least 40 mins ago by now.. so when I get the order and it's incorrect, not only am I already frustrated, but you have not made my order yet. You make me wait an additional amount of time. Now, this location has been doing construction on the convenience store side, so getting into the parking lot is a hassle at any given time. So I have been just trying to come in. Now let me tell the fiasco from the walk-in experience. You're not greeted when you walk in. There were 3 individuals behind the counter. 1 was working, what looks to be as fast as she can be on every order listed. While there was a gentleman that came from the back who just walked by her and washed his hands. Looked at me, but never acknowledged me or asked if I've been helped. Just stood there.. watching the other poor girl make all these drinks that were needed. The 3rd female. Was semi - taking care of drive-through. She was mostly quiet to customers, also did not acknowledge me, basically handed customers their food, and closed the window. While there was no one in the drive through. You'd think maybe 2 of these individuals would help said girl running around making drinks. But no .. guy stood quiet as can be. And girl was asking if the girl making coffee could stay later for her shift bc she had something to do. By the time my drinks were made. I was already late to work, and at that point, I don't have any longer to wait. So here I go, taking another incorrect order. Now Dunkin, don't get me wrong. I'm not a new customer. I have been a Dunkin fan since 2012... and let me tell you. This location.. is the reason you're about to lose me. There are plenty of coffee shops between here and my hour drive to work. Read moreI very rarely post reviews, but this location is so absolutely consistently horrible I feel the need to save other people their time and money. I have had multiple issues with this location in the past, whether it be ridiculous extraordinary wait times (to the point of having to leave the line without getting anything), overly greasy food, or a completely botched latte that seemed to have a cup of straight syrup in it. However, I continued to give them chances due to their convenient location and not many other drive-thru donut shops nearby (and because of the few times they’ve gotten my latte exactly right!). Also, I worked many years in the service industry so I’m pretty forgiving when it comes to less than stellar service. But today was absolutely the final straw and I will never come here again.
I ordered ahead in the app, got to the location to find the menu was completely black. This is not unusual; it was the case last time I went (definitely over a month ago for reference). For some reason they didn't post any sign up about the menu malfunction last time, and still didn't have one this time so I honestly didn't think anything of it. I waited. And waited. And waited. No one said anything at the speaker so I thought maybe now the speaker portion is also broken? So I drive up to the window and it is DARK inside. There is not a soul in the place. No one. At 9:30 AM. No sign posted anywhere about anything. I tried calling their number, no answer and no voicemail box or forwarded number or anything. So now I'm just out what I already paid for my mobile order? (And the one-time coupon I used for the order)
I can't believe how terrible this location is and corporate doesn't do anything about it. Just shut it...
Read moreI ordered online as a guest, when I got to the store I waited in line for over 20 mins. I got up to the window and they said someone threw my ticket away and they didn’t have the donuts. They said I could get other donuts but they quite literally had no donuts. They said I could go back online and say I didn’t get the donuts and I would get a refund. When I told them I didn’t know how to do this they didn’t know what to tell me because they didn’t know either. After looking on the app and on my email receipt, and not seeing anywhere where I could get a refund, I went inside and stood for another 15+ mins with no acknowledgement from anyone behind the counter. I finally interrupted them to help me, and I told them I checked out online as a guest so there was no way to get a refund and they literally said they couldn’t do anything to help me. No offer to give a gift card, donuts tomorrow, nothing. Just basically “you’re out of luck”. They then sent me to another dunkin location saying they may be able to help me bc they are a bigger store. When going to that location, they couldn’t just give me free donuts or really do anything because everything was done through the original location. So I had to pay twice as much money...
