I place and order at 7:49pm at the Pizza Hut off 36 st an 370 in Bellevue Nebraska and my card was charged $18.44 and I was told it would be a 30 to 45 minutes wait so I call back at 9:30 because my pizza as not arrived. The manager that was working on 5/14/17 on mother day advise me over the phone that my pizza was on it's way . And he will call me back . I waited 20 minutes no one call me so I call them back at 9:50pm to find out what was going on , the manager came on the phone and was very rude didn't even apologized, didn't even offer to get the pizza out to my house instead he started by saying the manager that is coming in tomorrow will process my refund. So I advise him that his unexceptionable he then started yelling that's all he will do and hang up the phone . As a regular customer of Pizza Hut they alway hires the worst people to deal with their customers . It the worst customer service i have ever experienced from a fast food restaurant and to think it's mothers day and they couldn't at least try to be more polite and understanding. I will not stop until someone from Pizza Hut head office audit the Pizza Hut off 36 st an 370. I don't have the time to drive down to Pizza Hut on 5/15/17 as I work 10 hours per day so someone need to reach out to me. I will be contacting the better business Bureau and the attorney general Pizza Hut need to do much better. Because every customer matters and without the customers the company cannot make money so with all that said the company needs to start hiring people with good customer service skills to take care of there...
Read moreAs someone who loves a smooth online ordering experience, my recent encounter at Pizza Hut left me utterly disappointed, especially during what was meant to be a joyous birthday month celebration.
Initially, I placed an order online, only to realize afterward that as it was my birthday month, I was entitled to complimentary cinnamon sticks—a delightful surprise. Eager to add this treat to my order, I promptly reached out to the restaurant directly on the phone, hoping for a seamless resolution. However, I was met with disappointment when I was informed that the offer was exclusively available for online orders and couldn't be retroactively applied.
Seeking a compromise, I suggested that they prepare the cinnamon sticks while processing my online order, ensuring they would be ready for pick-up alongside my pizza. Despite my efforts, upon arriving at the restaurant, I found myself having to explain the situation in person, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.
To exacerbate matters, despite the prolonged wait, the cinnamon sticks were not even prepared when I arrived. This resulted in an additional 15-minute delay, contradicting the restaurant's claim of a swift preparation time.
While the pizza eventually arrived, the overall experience was marred by inefficiency and a lack of seamless customer service. It's disheartening when a simple birthday treat turns into a cumbersome ordeal. I hope that this restaurant can streamline their processes and improve their customer service to prevent such instances...
Read moreThis Pizza Hut is right by my house so it is the one I normally go to. I signed up for their rewards and on my birthday I got an email for free breadsticks. Normally you have to read the fine print on the coupons which I do and it said no purchase necessary so I decided to go get some free breadsticks on my birthday. I ordered online for carry out and typed in the coupon code and the amount owed was 0 dollars. I didn't have to enter my card or anything. I go in to pick it up and they say "there must be some error cuz it's saying they are free" I explained that they are free cuz it's my birthday. The manager comes up and is the rudest lady I have ever encountered. She starts telling me I need to buy a pizza and this and that and I told her to just forget it and I started to walk out and she says "you know what? Here just take the damn breadsticks". I was appalled that anyone would treat customers this was especially the manager. I showed her the coupon on my phone and the online order that said 0 dollars and no purchase required and she was probably pissed that she was wrong and I was right. I used to get pizza there every week for pizza night but we rarely go there after...
