We ordered our wedding cake from here and it turned out great! Debbie followed our nerdy lead and incorporated harry potter and star wars into the cake just like we had asked. She also added flowers to beautify the cake and make our dreams become reality. We were able to do a cake tasting and she was open to doing non-traditional flavors (lemon is my absolute favorite) and we ended up choosing white and lemon for our flavors. We had a ton of guests comment on how delicious it was and some even helped us out by happily taking some of the leftovers off our hands :) Debbie was helpful and friendly, but she is busy, so don't be afraid to reach back out if she doesn't respond within a few days. We were also able to borrow one of their cake stands since we didn't have our own. One of my favorite things they do is offer you a free small "top tier" cake for your anniversary do you don't have to eat old freezer burnt wedding cake on your first year anniversary lol. My wedding was small. I wanted a beautiful dress and a beautiful cake. One of which I received and it wasn’t the cake. The initial meeting with Debbie was professional and well put together, we picked our flavors went over the exact details of our flowers etc. Heck, even paid 100% up front, that’s how confident I was that this company had their business together. The cake I showed Debbie and sent her pictures of, was nothing like the cake I received, yet she told me it wasn’t a problem to make. The cake delivered didn’t have the right flavors, was lopsided, held up by straws and tasted horrible. Debbie apologized multiple times and gave me half my money back. She explained she had to fire the gal who made it. However, my wedding day is something I’ll never get back and going with cake expressions for my wedding cake is a regret I will always carry. I'm on a high today. This wonderful company stepped up to the challenge of helping me move forward on my plans for book number six, You Are Cordially Invited, due August, 2021. When I called Debbie last week and explained the project that I was working on, she was polite, helpful and willing to put her talent to the test. When I picked up the wedding cake, an expected small version, she surprised me with her best and then some! The traditional almond flavor was superb, moist, firm and held it's frosting from the moment I picked up the cake and completed the photo shoot until I and a few guests that were willing to sample the final project.
