Teriyaki & More — Restaurant in Bellevue

I'm writing this as I just left teriyaki more and I cannot tell you how livid pissed and upset I am. Has nothing to do with the food. Some of the best teriyaki I've ever had, has to do with the customer service...Referring to the young Asian gentlemen with glasses and blond hair.

Me & my fiancé placed an order to go and we got there about 10 minutes early. I went up to the counter and looked at the orders to go and show that it wasn't available. Also, when I gave the guy my name, he just stared at me and said "it's not ready yet... " OK fine. About 10 minutes later then saw gentlemen put a go order on the rack and it looked like there were two boxes. So I walked up and just turned the bag so I could look at the name. Again, the Asian gentlemen with glasses and blond hair little comes up to me and said " ma'am that is not your order " I just stared at him and said " yes I know I see the name on the tag. I thought it was mine... ". And he said " well I don't want you touching other peoples food ".

Well then I got livid. I said " I am not touching other peoples food. It's in a plastic bag and I just turned the bag to look at the name " And walked away... My blood was boiling at this point and I remember thinking if this wasn't such good teriyaki, I would tell him to refund my order.

Got in the car and yes, they got the order right told my fiancé what happened and he said we are done with them!!

Due to poor, rude manners of the Asian gentlemen with glasses and blond hair, they have lost a good customer... I'll give my money to the other great teriyaki...

After several visits. Owner with much appreciation for their hard work, and with all the good changes, and improvements they had made , and with their sincere efforts to make this place their place a great place to enjoy their delicious food, in a good friendly peaceful welcoming environment. Believe me they had finally achieved this goal.

I am happy to highly recommend this place for a really good delicious fullfilling meal,with good friendly service at reasonable price in a good friendly environment where you can enjoy your meal or bring your whole entire family or a bunch of your friends to really enjoy all their delicious menu items.

Now Beautiful city of Bellevue can say we really have a good teriyaki place that they can present proudly

I am really happy for them. They deserve all the best Delicious food. Excellent portions. Good friendly service. Reasonable prices. Clean spacious seating lounge.

But if something not up to your expectations. Please talk to the owner. Or to the young man at the casheir. They will make it right to make you happy. So you can have a very good eating experience. Convenient location, large parking lot. Lots of...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE!.

The food quality at this place has been going downhill for a while. They were one of my favorite places. But I faced a new challenge today. Their google search stated they prefer you order direct from their website. I did so, but when I went to pick up the order they had no record of it. I showed them my order confirmation email and the online payment going though on my credit card, but they couldn’t find record of it and refused to make my order. So I had to call my credit card to cancel the charge. Then I had to put in the order again in person. Seems they get their door dash orders just fine. As I see them churning those out. But it seems they haven’t been maintaining their online orders from their website, or staff were aware how to look it up. I recommend you either call or use Door Dash or other service to place your order. Cashier was also rude and clueless.
