Evergreens — Restaurant in Bellevue

I want to make a shout out to Jayden for his amazing customer service skills. He went above and beyond while on break. I was with my 88 year old client trying to get into XFINITY for an appt but he needed to use the restroom. As we’re trying to get in the doorway (my client uses a walker and again really needed to use the restroom) Jayden was walking by and held the door open for us from the outside. Jayden over heard and witnessed that my unstable client couldn’t use the restroom so he let us know that we were welcome to use his restroom a few doors down at evergreen. We were able to go to the dental place next to XFINITY but thanks to Jayden’s kindness and welcoming energy, we plan to see what evergreen’s in factoria is all about. Thank you for your great people skills and you’ve gained new customers that wouldn’t have known about you had Jayden not stopped to help as he was walking by. Thank you so much Jayden. You are awesome!!!...

I went in this evening not realizing they closed 10 min later. But it was so hot inside which I mentioned when I got to the counter. The guy didn’t acknowledge it but just asked what I’d like. I looked at the greens & all of them were wilted with condensation around the containers. They looked like they were a week old! I asked if they had any other lettuce but a woman working said no because they close in 10 min. The other food items also had condensation. I said nevermind because it all looks bad and left. No comment from either employee. Disappointing because I was so happy to have a location closer to home! Food poisoning...

Today I ordered two warm bowls for my friend and I. Both bowls came without greens. My bowl was supposed to have Arugula as one of my toppings, and he ordered Romaine Lettuce. Neither of the bowls had the arugula or romaine. I took pictures as evidence before we ate anything in case you need me to send proof. I also acknowledge that this location just opened, but I think forgetting the greens at a place devoted to salad is a huge error. I also ordered a mocha coffee, but they gave me a triple latte instead. I don't intend on keeping this negative review here, but the online feedback system...
