If I could leave 100 stars, I would!! I will purchase all of my jewelry from Dacels from now on! My husband and I recently celebrated our second wedding anniversary, and he wanted to purchase a cross necklace for me. We had a specific budget and visited several other places prior to coming here. The other stores we went to were very uninviting and almost judgemental in a way. It took fun out of something that was supposed to be a special moment. When we came to Dacels, we had our three year old son with us, and Alex was so quick to help and was so kind towards not only us but our son. She offered him candy and was extremely helpful in helping us find something that would fit our budget. Their was zero pressure and judgement, and it made the experience fun and special again! She offered us options other than the ones in the store and was dedicated to helping us find something. We spent a long time conversing with Ryan and Alex, and they provided us with absolutely SUPERB customer service! You can tell they love what they do and are passionate about helping people from every background and budget in finding a piece that fits them and their story. The store is polished and extravagant! They offer so many options to choose from and also have a catalog if you don't find anything in store that fits your needs. Unlike your other chain jewlery stores, Dacel's is timeless and classy with a touch of elegance! Dont spend your money anywhere else....

I took my Rolex in for repair and also requested an insurance appraisal. Due to the time it took for Rolex to complete the repair and return the watch, some time had passed, and I understand that the appraisal was overlooked initially.

When I went to pick up the watch, I was unsure of the cost of the appraisal. When asked for an estimate, I mentioned that I believed it would be around $150—just for the appraisal, not the repair. The man assisting me responded, in a very condescending tone, “It was a hell of a lot more than that,” implying that I had expected the entire service (repair and appraisal) to cost only $150. I was confused by his reaction, but I chose not to push back. I paid the full amount, which was about $2,000.

After reviewing the completed appraisal, I noticed several errors, including a misspelling of the watch band type and an incorrect model number. I contacted them via email, and they did correct the appraisal. However, I don’t plan to return.

Additionally, during my visit, I observed what appeared to be inappropriate or aggressive behavior from one of the male staff members, possibly directed toward other employees. It created a noticeably uncomfortable environment for customers...

My fiancee' and I LOVE Dacels. The entire staff is especially nice and inviting from the moment you walk in the door. Each time we came in with our son they always talked to him and gave him lollipops. We searched everywhere to find the perfect engagement/wedding band set and could not find it anywhere, but Dacels took the time to meet with us several times to literally build my dream rings -which wasn't a ring you could purchase anywhere. Each time we were there we worked with Rob and he was fantastic and answered all our questions, which I always had a lot of. From the first appointment to the very last each time they offered to clean our rings and they always looked absolutely gorgeous. We purchased our engagement ring, and weddings bands from here and I also trusted them with my favorite piece of jewelry (a family ring that used to be my mothers) and they basically brought it back to life! They always made time for us and even saw us once "after hours". Always prompt and finished everything faster then the planned returned dates which were already fast. We will ONLY be going here for any future...
