Nice hole in the wall mom and pop type place. Space is small with order yourself kiosk so plan accordingly. Here are some dish highlights:

Rice rolls - thin, juicy flavorful! Beef brisket noodle soup - generous portion with lots of meat. Flavorful and hearty. Chicken wings - decent with cornstarch breading so was light. Reminded me of homemade wings so was still a win for me. Braised pork on rice - so good, such a homey dish reminds me of my childhood. Complimentary peanuts and pickled veggies (good with meats).

I think if you go for more home style dishes like the braised meats, rice rolls, congee, nanning noodle dishes, rice/noodle dishes/bowls and are used to traditional home cooked Asian dishes you will be happy. I prob won’t order the typical Americanized dishes, and can’t say much about...

Our first dish was bloody— specifically the deep fried chicken wings.

I have a lot of sympathy for this restaurant because there were only two people working so when we arrived, we basically served ourselves peanuts, plates with utensils, and water 🚩. This comment will mainly be for mngmnt and not the workers.

Back to the fried chicken, which, someone in the reviews experienced the same problem. We were served 4 pieces and three of them had bloody juices oozing out. We flagged it to the chef thinking he’d either give us a new plate or a refund but he brought back the same wings but more cooked. 🚩

The rest of the dishes that had meat in them, we avoided with dear life. None of them were good and I have genuine fear about the cleanliness of...

Was I just insulted in cantonese? I didn't say a word, but when our table made it clear to you that we understand what you are saying, you retreated in silence instead of apologizing. (And, I happen to like rice noodles, I just didn't expect to see it here.) It is also surprising to see an "American Chinese" menu that features Ramen and Teriyaki dishes. I would expect to see something like Almond Fried Chicken instead. (Btw, your picture for teriyaki chicken looks like chicken katsu by mistake.) Beware of the 5 star ratings here. This restaurant offers free drinks for any 5 star reviews. The beef brisket is...

Very disappointing takeout experience. 1. Long story short, got my food 40 minutes after their estimated ready time. They only started preparing my order after I arrived. 2. Did not receive a sauce in the bag. 3. Did not get the free item as advertised online. 4. Worst part: the chicken wing was completely raw inside. See photo. Major safety hazard. 5. Misleading online menu. I ordered the item with a photo of clay pot with eel and sausage, but the actual order was eel only. I ordered 2 items, and 5 things went wrong. I did not eat the food, ended up having to make my own lunch despite one whole lost hour and 34$.

Be prepared to wait if you order their signature stone pot rice dish. We went in around 3pm, we were the only ones in the restaurant and we waited about 35-40 mins for our food to come out. The stone pot rice is definitely delicious but definitely don’t order take out/dine in if you’re in a rush bc they make it from scratch. I would advise not ordering the shrimp noodle rolls, only 3-4 pieces of small shrimp and the rest is just wonton wrap and sauce is not very flavorful. Service is mostly self serve/self order asides from kitchen staff bringing food out.

Found this place from a Seattle Times article about new restaurants in this area. Ordered noodle soup, rice roll with ground pork and sting beans. They were all excellent, fresh and tasty. Will come back for their clay pot rice next time. Definitely a 5+ stars place. Be aware, The size of noodle soup was enough for a party of 4.!
