I am so happy I came here (factorial location) and met Hailey W. I didn't know anything about tanning and she really broke down the information into understandable pieces while NOT making me feel dumb. She answered all my questions made solid recommendations and LISTENED to my needs, wants and fears from the beginning. The website had better coupons than yelp (sorry guys) and Hailey found the deal that was right for ME and my usage. I was so impressed with her level of customer service as I had not had that experience in other salons. But everyone has been so friendly and the employees I have met have being efficient, happy and engaged. The salon itself was clean well ventilated and had ample supplies. The equipment seemed well cared for and maintained. They sell a lot of products but the staff wasn't pushy which actually made it fun to find what I needed. The prices were comparable to Amazon so SHOP with them and keep the salon healthy. Oh and online booking at all the locations was a breeze! So clean, customer service and lots of options. Ok the bad. There has to be something right? I really hate the doorbell. I'm sure there isn't much they could do and I'm sure it doesn't bother a lot of people but I'll bring headphones for my next pod experience. Online booking doesn't let you adjust or cancel your appointment if you screw up. I had to call and apologize for booking at a salon across town. And Yelp directions took me to some random parking lot across the street. This was my very first time at Seattle Sun Tan! I walked in and was greeted with such a welcoming environment and beautiful smiles. Hailey and Emily were the ones working when I stopped in for the first time. Both helped me find what really would work for my skin and my tanning goals. I was really concerned about doing a tanning bed at first just because of potential skin cancer. But when I mentioned my concerns, both girls brought the true facts about the tanning beds and my concerns were diminished. Went here to get a couple tans before a vacation. Front desk girl was friendly and sold me on a package of 4 tans for $50, which I was more than I bargained for, but was OK with since she said they don't expire. My next trip, the (different) staff member told me that this was my last one and I should buy more. I explained that I bought 4 for $50 and I should have 2 remaining. She told me that was wrong and I paid $25 per tan because I was not a member. At no point did she apologize or try to make it right. Membership was never explained when bought the package.
