Godfather's Pizza — Restaurant in Bellevue

I’m all for leaving great reviews!! I love to do it. But that’s not the case here. We ordered a simple Order One pizza, wings and a dessert. I was quoted the wait time of 20 minutes. Mind you, the gal who took the order was super nice and helpful 😀. As soon as I arrived at the pizza shop, AFTER I paid, I was told another 20 minutes wait... fine okay. I’ll wait. Here it is that Ive been in this store for an extra 50 minutes. No explanation if you ask if you can check the status of the order they tell you no. so since we’re in the middle of a pandemic I don’t want to just keep waiting around in here, I go sit in my car and I say OK well can you call me when it’s ready and I was told no, lol so I have now waited a total of almost an hour and a half and no apology from the staff no explanation no nothing I’m just very...

After last night, I reminded myself why I don't bother ordering from here anymore. I love the pizza, however, they are very pricey and the staff never has it together. It's unfortunate because the flavor is there! I ordered online and headed out to get my pizza 20 minutes later. When I got there I went up to the counter. There were 2 people waiting inside and one waiting at the drive through. The wait was horrible! None of the kitchen staff were wearing masks. They told me they lost my order, that it may have been sent out for delivery. After looking for 10 minutes they found my pizza BEHIND THE COUNTER! If I could give zero stars I would. I can not even believe how rude and untrained the staff are at this Godfathers. They can't get orders right when you make them. The female who answered the phone had absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. All I did was ask to get an order delivered and she snapped at me saying that they were short staffed and she was the only one working. Not really sure how any of that was my fault and she could have just said that they were not taking orders for delivery. I believe her name was Maddy.
