I have been a customer to this bakery for several years and I will put it frank, their service has seriously declined, and I cannot even begin to express how unhappy I am with the service I’ve received from the June Bakery. Yes, I will admit their bread is good…Most of the time. However, when I come, probably 85% of the time the workers will not come out of the back to ring me up. I have had to leave numerous times after waiting for 15-20 minutes with no one coming out to ring me up. They used to be my favorite place, where they were nice and so friendly, but the lack of awareness of their customers now is absolutely infuriating. After they removed my favorite Melon Pan off their menu, they persuaded me to getting their custard buns, and they won me over for a while, however, the last time I came in the custard in the bun I bought was molding inside the bread. Read moreI ordered for a cake and while ordering, I requested them that ("I want the cake next day and want it to be fresh baked") but next day when I went to pick the cake ,it was already packed and kept so to reconfirm I asked "is it a fresh bake" (as it was gift for a very elderly person) . The lady there told" yes". But when I took it home and just before giving I cut it (as it was looking very dry)and it was an old cake where the choclate cream already started changing it's taste. Read moreI just had a custard bread, red bean bun as well as a milk loaf bread. Best custard bread I've ever had. It tastes so perfect and the bread is soft and almost melts in the mouth. The red bean bun has a great ratio of paste to bread, where the bread is also soft. She also gave us a half loaf of bread that was fresh out of the oven and packed it in a way where the stream could escape so we wouldn't have soggy bread.
