Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bellevue

I just ordered a box dinner again but this time added extra cheese for $2.25 more and an extra icing dip... I did not get the icing dip I ordered AND there is without a doubt no extra cheese at all because I ordered this same meal last night without extra cheese and the amount of cheese is EXACTLY the same. Which is horrible because there are slices with almost ZERO cheese on it... so much for "extra cheese" I actually received "Basically Zero Cheese". Thanks for stealing my $2.25 pizza hut. You have done this before too. Never am I ordering extra anything with Pizza Hut anymore cuz all you do is steal the money....

I ordered two pizzas for delivery. After an hour and 15 minutes I was delivered one cold pizza. I used the online chat link that I found in the delivery confirmation. The "customer service" rep seems to be programmed to ask you the same questions on repeat until you give up. It almost felt like there was a group of them gathered around taking bets on how long they could keep me on the chat before I gave up. I called the store and they were able to deliver the second pizza another 45 minutes later. Im most irritated about the 15 minutes that was wasted talking to a disgruntled customer...

Had curbside pickup. After waiting for 10 minutes I called inside the restaurant but no one answered so had to call back. Was told they were remaking my order. Said they dropped my order. I mentioned since they knew I was outside waiting with my car running someone could have informed me. After a good 15 minutes I got my order. The guy stood next to my passenger door but didn’t open it. I had to take my seatbelt off and reach across to open the door? He had 2 boxes in his hand- doesn’t know how to open a door? Only positive the guy was...
