Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bellflower

I went inside. That was my first mistake.

First, you are not greeted by any humans there's just some signs saying to order on the tablet. That's all well and good but I'm sure I'm not the first person to walk in their confused, and it would have been nice for somebody behind the counter to notice and just be like "welcome in, go ahead and order on the tablet"

Anyway once I figured that out, I made an attempt to order the shiny new item at the top of the menu. It's pretty dismal that the tablet layout shares almost nothing with the way their menu looks. I was looking for the breakfast empanadas which although being featured at the top of breakfast items on their menu, was buried in the snacks page on the tablet. I had to ask the guy behind the counter to help me find it and let I had to ask the guy behind the counter to help me find it.

So whatever, I ordered, and then I proceeded to stand there for nearly 11 minutes with no sign of my order. I figured this is something that they microwave in 10 seconds.

Other reviewers are correct, they seem to prioritize the drive-thru. I finally asked about it and the dude had it ready in about 20 seconds.

So yeah, don't bother going inside, it's pretty dismal.

The empanada was pretty...

I realize that it was the first day of business at this bellflower location. The place looks nice, every employee was friendly and the place was really busy. So I expected to wait longer than usual. I'm not a coffee drinker so the only reason I go to Dunkin is for the breakfast sandwiches and the "TOTS" ( hashbrowns ). Again it was the first day and it was busy but it was a bit disorganized. Our order was given to us and because it was busy we didn't check our order in the location. Once we did check our order we found out we were missing our TOTS. So we go back inside and we're handed our TOTS but not the amount we ordered so we go back in get the correct order get into our car drive off and when we check our breakfast sandwiches....it's not what we ordered. We didn't want to go back and deal with the traffic and line. But the TOTS were delicious. Maybe it's the fact that it was their first day and they were getting used to the traffic but I was underwhelmed.. except for the TOTS those things are awesome. May go back in a couple weeks to see if they're better as of now only...

10 Munchkins/$2 promo

Dunkin' had an enticing promo of 10 Munchkins (including the seasonal pumpkin) for 2 bucks, and seeing how I rarely partake of donuts, I thought "Why not?".

Munchkins (5 Pumpkin, 3 Glazed Blueberry & 2 Glazed Chocolate)- Flashbacks to my childhood, I reminisced chomping down on donut holes from Winchell's Donuts. All 3 flavors tasted great, and being holes, I perceived them as less-guilty than a entire donut (imaginary as it may be). I'd say the Glazed Blueberry was my favorite.

Service was slow. I counted 4 employees, and they were concerned with Drive-Thru, opposed to walk-in. Being the sole customer, it took a good while before someone attended to me. A good amount of parking , Dunkin' is located next to Wingstop on the corner of Artesia & Bellflower.

I accomplished the task at hand at this particular Dunkin', but I felt the service was slower than it should have been. I would come back, but I'm more apt to visit the LBX location, when...
