Subway — Restaurant in Bellflower

Today I went in watch employee ring up a customer order. Came back to someone else order without changing his gloves, then asked me what would I like to order, I asked him if he was going to change his gloves. He looked at me and walked away. So another staff took my order, He did wash his hands and put on new gloves. The only problem was that someone was picking up a order, They didn't know what is was, so he took the guys phone to look at what the order was. He then went back and touch my food without changing gloves and warmed it. When I was paying for my order that I work in the emergency room. And use to work for the health department years. You can't touch people food after touching other things that's cross contamination. I love subway but when a manager is not around people tend to slip. And never know who's watching them. I had a difficult order with a list of items that the person I was buying this for wanted and didn't want on her sandwich and the guy did a pretty good job of keeping the order straight although I didn't realize til the next day that he had forgotten to give me back my debit card. I called all the places I had went to and then called this Subway and the manager said they had several cards and asked my name and it was there. None of the places I called had any cards turned in yet this Subway had several. I believe the guy was a new employee there and he put the cards in the register and simply forgot them. At this location they rush to make your sandwiches and do not listen to your request. Terrible customer service. Ordered a steak sandwich for dinner that was drenched in mustard. And it was all on top of the meat. Disgusting. If I wasn’t so tired from being at work all day I would have drive back.
