Been here 3 times and 3rd was the last time. I asked for a tea and when I got it the lid popped off as he was handing it to me, he saw it happen but ignored it. So I pulled my drink into my car without spilling it and pulled forward. I could not get the lid to snap over the cup, when I looked closer the cup was deformed. The lip didn’t go across the whole cup making it impossible to for the lid to snap on. I turned back around and had to wait in drive thru for another 5 minutes. When I got to the window, the baristas solution was to hand me a new cup in my car as if he expected me to transfer the drink into new cup over my lap. I thought it was completely unprofessional especially when I’m there to literally pay someone to make me a drink yet he expected me to transfer the drink to new cup over my clothes. Never again. We got our coffees within 2 minutes, didn’t have to wait for long. Got a breakfast sandwich which was heated to perfection. Rich and creamy with cheese and bacon.
I got a black coffee and asked for cream to be added - the barista put in the perfect amount, felt like I made my own yummy cup!
What I really appreciated was how they kept the store window open while we waited for our coffee. I would have closed the window cause it’s cold and rainy, but they kept it open and made us feel welcomed and a part of their Starbucks family.

Read moreI went through the drive thru today after not being to a traditional Starbucks in many years. I don't have my Starbucks card active anymore and I didn't have any cash. I paid with a card. The person who helped me was so completely understanding when there was a mix up with my order. I am certain it was my fault but they were very nice and chatty while my order was corrected. I did not sense any animosity as they had to fix the problem that I am certain I caused. They didn't blame me or make me pay! That was a surprise. I offered to pay for the corrections but they insisted on me not paying.
