Chois Teriyaki — Restaurant in Bellingham

I ordered lunch for 3 and I asked for Extra chicken and beef on one if the orders. Paid my bill and had to wait 10 or so minutes for it to be ready. I walked back in and was informed that they under charged me by $4.56. Wow, really?? Paid the up charge and will never eat there again. I’m a regular customer but not anymore. This is in response to their response. I never threatened anyone about anything. My issue is that if the owner found out that the employee who apparently knew nothing under charged me, he should have been the one to inform me of the mistake. The employee himself didn't even realize that he under charged me, so it must have been the owner who did. When i expressed my dissatisfaction to the owner, his tone changed and his eyes bugged out of his face and i couyldn't understand a word he was saying. It could be that this COVID deal has taken its toll on his restaurant and the additional $4.56 that they undercharged me was needed to pay the rent. Their menu in display is quite extensive even has vegetarian options. This is one of my favourite places for Teriyaki lunch plates, their portions are generous, lots of protein! Steam veggies comes with it, I like that better than the standard salad (with dressing). Process for ordering is simple, look at the board & decide what you want, pay at the counter & get yourself a table, decent amount of seats available. Free access to cup, ice, & water.

I didn't actually make it inside to eat here, although it smelled wonderful. Couldn't justify ever going here after my child was turned away when he asked to use a garbage can inside to toss a little tissue (lysol/clorox wipe). This was just after he has politely held the door open for another customer to enter the restaurant, I had asked him to take in a cleaning wipe I had just finished using to clean up some coffee we had just spilled in the car, while I got the baby out of her seat.

Seeing them point him into fred meyer instead to use a trash can, I couldn't imagine spending my money there.

Besides, the Super Duper will always be the best teriyaki & chicken katsu...
