It only takes 1 rude employee her name is TESSA at the woods on Lakeway across from Fred Meyers. I work next door at hotel and I faitfhully go there everyday and order the same thing for boss as she instructs me as she is to busy to do so herself. She is a head manager at hotel. TESSA was very rude to me as I told her my order once again was screwed up told me next time you need not be on your phone and actually order the Turkey on your bagel which I always do EVERY time the customer behind me was like omg! Can't believe she spoke to you that way I won't be coming back. I have no problem with other employees there they are always sweet and kind as is the manager Moniquie. My boss went over and spoke with TESSA and handle situation and told her we bring a lot of business to you lose the addirude I hope she can learn from her wonderful co workers and manager on how to correctly speak to people feeling...

Woods has a lot of locations here in the NW corner, and we generally like them all, but this is venue exceptional, combining their "Roastery" with the coffee shop. There is a fairly large seating area, and college students from local WWU will be at some of the tables studying, giving the place that has a modern, scandinavian, fairly spartan decor a "bookish" feeling (like a coffee house should).. Lots of good seating in tables & chairs, stools at counters, a few easy chairs too. Just like the big national chain, Woods has a good selection including goodies, and they are very environmentally conscious. Woods is another terrific meeting place for coffee lovers. The coffee and service here is #1 in my book. And they never seem to miss a trick. And if you don't have time to sit down for a bit, they can offer s convenient drive thru option. Quick and always exactly what you have ordered. Delicious variety of teas as well. Nice outdoor space when weather permits. A bit loud at the Lakeway location as there is always traffic, but you can find a cozy corner or two. And if they are processing beans inside you may not mind the noise because the beans are so wonderfully aromatic. Any Woods will do for me.
