Salon Oui — Local services in Bellingham

I booked Leah to do my bridal makeup for my January wedding a few months in advance, and less than a week before my wedding I got eyelash extensions at a totally different location up in canada, and they all fell off of my lashes! I called Leah in a panic wondering if she knew anyone who could help me out last minute, and she hooked me up with Susan! Susan was able to fit me in and fix up my lashes beautifully. she was fun, attentive and talented! Not to mention accommodating and very relaxing for my pre wedding jitters!

Leah did a FANTASTIC job of my makeup. I had an evening wedding but my makeup and photos were in the late morning, at no point did I need a touch up throughout the day, and even when I got back to my hotel at 1 am, after HOURS of crazy wedding dancing, I looked just as fresh as when she applied it over 14 hours earlier!! She was hilarious, talented and very open to suggestion. She went out of her way to make sure I liked what she did, and we had a blast at the trial and the event application!

I am so happy I booked Salon Tryst for my wedding. Most other places I looked at charged more for make up than Salon Tryst charges for make-up and hair. I really appreciated that Salon Tryst does on site hair and make up for as few as two people. I let my bridesmaids choose if they wanted to have hair and make-up done, which they appreciated. I booked Salon Tryst over email and was impressed how quickly they responded. They answered all my questions and made the process painless. On the day of the wedding my stylists, Leah and Anna, arrived precisely on time. It was so much fun having them in the room while we were getting ready. They joked and laughed with us while maintaining their professionalism. They listened to everyone’s ideas for looks and adjusted if the final product was not what someone envisioned. Everyone was done on time and the whole process was relaxed and fun. I would highly recommend Salon Tryst, specifically Leah and Anna, to anyone in the Bellingham area looking for a wedding stylist.

Tart Beauty did hair and make up at my daughters wedding. They were so professional and so much fun! The whole wedding party looked beautiful! They did an initial consultation with my daughter and made sure when she left the consultation that she was so happy with her wedding day look. They took the time to listen to what she wanted and came up with exactly what she was looking for. On the day of the wedding, they came out to the wedding site and did hair and make up for the bride, 4 bridesmaids, the mother of the groom and me. They also did a quick, unplanned touch up on one of the grandmas and one of the groomsmen and everyone was ready, on time and stress free!
