Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bellingham

This place is hit or miss. The hazelnut taste way off. I'm not sure what white chocolate or raspberry taste like in coffee but I wonder if there's been a mix with the hazelnut and some other flavors or the store just doesn't rinse the spoons after stirring other drinks. Because hazelnut just doesn't taste right and it's only at this location. Other times the drink just is not made right and there's no flavor added at all. Staff is usually always nice. This is a busier location. Donuts are always fresh. So the kids love it. I've stopped buying coffee though so we don't get donuts either.

My next issue is that I went through the drive through did an app order. The app glitches charges me twice. I told the drive through worker. She said not to worry they didn't make the order twice I would see the refund on my card well. Over a month later it still hasn't been refunded almost 9$ order I never received and the Chai wasn't very good. I don't complain about the quality of the drinks like I should every time I got them but the 9$ is what really left a bad taste. The bad drinks I would have just avoided this location. I am unsure how to get my refund. I'd also really appreciate if the hazelnut issue could be resolved or if staff could just be measured to wash spoons because this dunkin is closest to my house and I'd like to start getting my...

Usually my-to Dunkin in the area, until this morning I was berated by two of the women preparing my mobile order. Understandably it was a drive-thru mobile order, and I get that they were busy, but I came inside after waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes, and I could literally see my order & just nicely asked one of the girls if she could hand it to me. Only for the girl to cuss me out, go back to the prep area where she and another woman berated me from behind the scenes very loudly.

And of course, they didn’t yell at me to my face, they yelled it loud enough for me and everyone else to hear their disdain for my coming inside, f-bombs and all. I yelled back that maybe they should sit in line “like everyone else” if i”the like really isn’t that bad.

Highly unprofessional. And when I did finally see the pair again, they looked about as miserable as you’d expect. Didn’t say a word to me when handing me my order which had been ready for over 15 minutes. I hate giving 1 star reviews and I usually won’t, but the experience is as that bad: normally the crew during the daytime is extremely nice, so I feel bad leaving this.

I get that the food industry can be hard and thankless: you can be overworked & underpaid, and I always make a point to treat service workers with the utmost respect, but treating patrons this way should be...

I messed up and didn't double check that my dd app was for the other location on Hartford Ave by Larry's liquors. Got a coffee. Drove to the good dd and realized my order was at the rapid refil. I was so disappointed. I knew I'd have to ask for a refund because my coffee is terrible. I don't know if the staff burns the coffee or uses old coffee for iced coffee but it's so nasty and bitter. When I came inside rapid refil the staff was just hanging out talking and not doing much work. My coffee was terrible. But I tossed it instead of dealing with the social talk hour at the DD. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Coffee is terrible staff is just as awful. I'm bummed I don't have a coffee on Fathers day to drink with my dad.
