Los Patrones in Bellingham is an absolute gem. I ordered five tacos and was treated to complimentary chips and salsa — a great start to a flavorful meal. The tacos were fresh, satisfying, and priced incredibly well. I enjoyed it so much that I came back the next day and tried the burrito. It was enormous! I struggled to finish it, but the taste made it hard to stop eating.

After eating, I explored the attached butcher shop and mini mart. The mini mart is a standout — it offers a wide range of Latino products that go far beyond what you’ll find in local stores.
