Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bellingham

A month or so ago I ordered a NY style pizza. Unknown to the driver and us it had slid pretty bad and was, well, lopsided. I called the Bellingham, WA Meridian store and they kindly gave me a credit of $26 (or roughly the pizza cost). Tonight I called and asked to order 24 boneless wings against my credit, as wings were/are .75 cents each on special, as well as 8 bone in wings. The call got dropped before I could offer credit card info or tip.I called back and just got 'your order was received' and again was dropped. The delivery person showed up and I had to pay ~$49 (including tip) for the wings order. This obviously didn't show the credit  or the ongoing special on wings. I called the store, and knowing this wasn't the managers actions, talked and then the call got dropped. (I'm in Sunnyland neighborhood, my calls don't drop with Tmo here). We love and enjoy Pizza Hut but this is a potentially review/opinion with people issue. I'd like to get my $26 in credit as well as the difference between the $48 in 24 boneless wings (and 8 bone in wings regular price) that should have been...

If o could give zero stars I would. What a disappointment ordering here. Pizza But used to be top notch and their wings were amazing. It’s a treat for us to order a pizza and wings. Especially with the cost increase. We got home with our order and saw the sad excuse for “wings”. They are not wings. They are worse than Walmarts chicken nuggets with some sauce splashed in the bottom of the carton. They are overdone and hard little rocks. The pizza is cold and sauce was too sweet. Never again. Ordered a (very overpriced) pizza on the app and was given a delivery time. After 40ish minutes past the estimated delivery time I still had gotten my order. The app also wasn’t updating any info, so we decided to call the store and after jumping through hoops to get through PH’s unnecessarily difficult automated phone directory, we were told it was delivered to the wrong address. We live in a pretty big apartment complex, so that’s understandable. Just incredibly frustrating that there wasn’t at least an attempt to reach out to deliver to the correct address.
