Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Bellingham

It was a very disappointing experience. The place was practically empty but waiter was never around. Finally took our order and waited 30 minutes for food. Food arrived and French Fries were cold and Cheese Bacon Fondue Dip we ordered was also cold.

The waiter did not return to our table until the third time I requested assistance, 30 minutes had gone by. We decided to order dessert rather than replacements for the cold food.

He said dessert had to be ordered on the electronic menu on the table and left. I ordered one item successfully but the machine stated I needed server assistance for the other orders.

After 20 minutes I flagged down our waiter and told him the machine said I needed server assistance. I told him one of my orders went through but we wanted two more items. He said I hadn't ordered anything according to his electronic device. I explained what I ordered and what I was trying to order. He said he figured out that the electronic device on our table was not the one that belonged to the table.

The dessert I ordered was delivered to another table and they had it sent back.

He asked to take my order. Two desserts were for the table and one was To-Go.

20 minutes later a different waiter brought 3 desserts in To-Go containers in a big plastic bag. While I was explaining what was wrong with the order, our waiter came over and said he made a mistake but we could go ahead and just take out the desserts from the bag and eat them at the table. He hadn't removed our lunch plates and proceeded to pull the desserts out of the bag and try to fit them on the table with the dirty plates.

Desserts had sauces in containers that were scattered everywhere. He did remove some of the dirty plates.

Before he finally arrived with the bill I went to the Restroom.

The Restroom was filthy. Dirty fingerprints everywhere. A lot of wet toilet paper on the floor and on two toilet seats. Urine puddles. Empty soap dispenser. Disgusting.

The bill came to $80, including 2 dessert items that were billed twice.

I have never, ever experienced a Red Robin this bad. I've been to a lot of them over the years. Shameful.

Update: It's been over a week since I returned a call and email 📥 that they requested. No response, not surprised.

My friend felt I was exaggerating about my experience.

She and her husband went to the same Red Robin in Bellingham.

They both said I was not exaggerating, at all. Same incompetent service.

And the bathroom still needs a very good cleaning....

Dear users of google, if you ever come to this Red Robin ask for Dan, he is the greatest waiter of all time. I don’t think I’ve loved somebody more in my life than Dan the Man. Dan is kind with his customers, he’s caring and gets his your food very quickly with love mixed in, He’s passionate about his job. He goes above and beyond to deliver you the service that you much need when you step foot in the front doors Dan is the accumulation of what it means to be the greatest waiter of all time if I opened up a restaurant I would want to be the only waiter waiting tables in the restaurant she is that good.

imagine if Michael Jordan and LeBron James had a kid with Serena Williams, but when it comes to waiting tables. he simply is unmatched no one can live up to the legacy of Dan. Dan has set the bar so high in this restaurant that you can’t even see it. It’s stuck above the clouds damn if you’re reading this, I love you with my whole heart and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. when me and Dan lock eyes are warmness in My Chest arouses. I would give Dan my child And trust him to raise my kids. If there was a gun man, it would be Dan. Dynasty, single greatest person that red Robinson establishment has ever hired, Seen or experience. You would be a lucky little duck, if you even got to glance at the greatness, the elegance, the perfection of Dan The Man.

So, in conclusion users of Google, come to this red Robin and experience Dan, he is the man. damn over LeBron James, Dan over MJ, Dan over...

Filtering oil is not changing it. Never be condescending to a guest. Listen to what people are ordering.

Last time they got my order wrong this time the chicken taste like if was fried in old oil, that had also cooked other fired foods and it was just not good. Then when I said the oil tasted old I got met with question of if I work in the food industry.

The answer is no, I'm a wife and mother of 21 years and started cooking when I was 8 years old and I am now 40 I cook almost all my own meals daily from scratch with fresh everything every time.

But this was not the first time I heard this offensive question as i remembered years ago the same thing happening and the same question being asked.

I only go here maybe a few times a year if that and when we're are hungry and I don't have the Or energy to cook maybe we will go here as it's about the best of the worst chain establishments in Bellingham. Today was different I was with a friend and she suggested it.

I think that is going to be my last time and I can predict this place will have the same fate as its previous neighbors.

Beside 17.00 for 1 burger is crazy when I can in fact for about $20 buy my favorite chuck and brisket mixed hamburger for $10.00 and get 8 brioche buns for less then 3.00 the best seasoning you'll never know about already in my shelf and guess what delicious. And I feed my whole family, and I didn't get insulated or leave hungry.
