Tapioca pearls for boba tea should not be $1 extra default. Add ons like popping boba or jelly, fine, but not the default boba! I ordered toffee mocha flavor which was excellent and tasted like a Starbucks drink, but the cashier didn't even know it was on their LCD customer screen menu. This menu is also not that clear on some of their other menu selections. I was curious about their milk tea milkshakes but wasn't sure where on the menu to look at those flavors.    Read moreBeen here multiple times and I haven't had a good experience yet. Flavors are disappointing, prices are higher than what it's worth. They have speciality flavors based on Ghibli, Pokemon, and Shrek. But they're all very disappointing. They're not fitting, and they're pretty gross. The staff is condescending in the way that they speak. Not out right rude. Just very pretentious in how they provide service.

But the Pokémon names and many mix and match flavors and choices got me curious enough to try it. I’m not disappointed, it’s fire! I believe it’s a father and son and I was taking a while to choose and the man at the register had plenty of recommendations. I went with the taro coconut smoothie with tapioca and it’s amazing. Also…unlike the other boba place in that food court, these guys seem happy to be there. Lol....
