Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Bellingham

So it's November 30th 2023 my neighbors are moving to Kentucky in the morning we wanted to have a really great fun like pizza party with Buffalo Wild wings. I order pizza from Pizza Hut they're ready in 15 minutes my friend puts an order in 15 minutes prior to my order at Buffalo Wild Wings they say it'll be a half an hour. So we pick up the pizzas and then we drive to Buffalo Wild Wings whereupon they're saying the order is not ready yet and we literally stay there 45 to 50 minutes. The order is still aren't ready as we see people leaving with to-go orders. The young waitresses are snickering and talking about us because they're looking right at us through the glass and smirking and giggling and covering their mouth. Which is totally inappropriate my neighbor is a really kind woman and she said you know if it's going to take a little while longer we live close by we'll just drop off the pizzas and then come back will the young girl just kept saying you know it should be done soon well after 15 minutes we ended up leaving and she wouldn't even get a manager to talk to her. She said that they'll be a refund but it will be 7 to 10 days and I'm just shocked at the behavior of these, what I thought were sweet young girls I was a waitress for over 15 years. I cannot believe the behavior the of these young ladies. I'm so upset that I feel like driving back over there to say you know you wrecked are going away party for our neighbors. Our pizzas are now cold after waiting over 40 minutes sitting there just being totally dismissed. Plus they were giggling and laughing at my neighbor who is honest and kind and patient and tipped and they're looking right at us giggling and covering their mouth I just cannot believe this. I am never going back to this place nor will I recommend it to anybody I know. They need to hire some much-needed professionals to work there. I feel that whoever took the order forgot to turn it in and not one time did she go in the back to check on my friend's order and we were all looking forward to Kids three adults to eating buffalo wild wings that they like. I'll stick to Pizza Hut Wings thank you very much. I'm very sad right now and I actually really feel like going in and just talking with the manager but I guess apparently the manager was unavailable. My neighbor's going to be calling corporate tomorrow....

I have given them plenty of time now to do what they said they would to make it right and they have not. About a month ago now I ordered 30 boneless wings for lunch delivery. Total was approximately 40$. When it arrived, there was no sauce on the wings or anywhere to be found. I called the restaurant and was told by the girl at the counter that she had informed my delivery driver that they were out of the sauce and that he was supposed to contact me about getting a different sauce. When I asked the driver about it he had no idea what I was talking about and said he picked up my order and did not know anything about the sauce issue. I called the restaurant back and she said again that she specifically told him they were out of the sauce I ordered. When questioned why they didn't call me when I placed the order through BWW's website, she said it was not their policy since I ordered it with delivery. She said any order issues are to be handled by doordash. I contacted the driver again who was angry at this point because he says nobody told him anything about any issue with the order. I called back again and this time was told by the same employee a completely different story that the sauce was on the side in a cup in the bag which it was not. She said she even showed the driver that she filled a cup with the sauce from one of their bottles of sauce for sale at the counter. She claimed that the driver was lying and that he must have removed the cup from the bag. She offered a partial refund which I agreed to. I contacted the driver again to ask him if he had removed the sauce she said was in a cup. The driver was so angry at this point that he drove to the restaurant to call out this lying employee. I ended up going to buy some sauce to put on the wings for my coworker and I but they were not good at all. Eventually threw most of them in the trash. I get a call from the BWW regional manager who apologizes up and down for the lying employee and promised me a full refund. This was over a month ago and I was only...

-UPDATED REVIEW (Oct '22):

After having visited this restaurant several times since my original review (below), I've changed my review from four stars to one. The only consistent aspect of every visit is how something keeps getting missed in almost every visit, and how badly managed the place is.

On one visit, our entrees took an hour to arrive, and only arrived after we asked. The fries that we ordered was somehow missed entirely. On another, my wife was served her entree about half an hour before mine was brought out... we might as well have arrived separately. And this was on a slow night after 9pm.

On both occasions, our waiter pretty much disappeared after taking our orders, and we had to ask another server what happened to our orders.

There seemed to be quite a few servers at the back of the restaurant talking, all of whom seemed to purposely avoid eye contact when we tried to flag someone down after our server disappeared.

-ORIGINAL REVIEW (Aug '22):

Server was very accomodating, and food was surprisingly fast. I came in at about 4pm while driving to BC, and was surprised that the food came to the table almost instantly (probably under 5 minutes). I must have hit it at the right time.

Only minor complaint was that on my first order, they used very little of the requested seasoning on my fries, especially when compared to the other BWWs I've been to. Maybe a couple of fries got a very, very light dusting, barely enough to see, let alone taste. And no, I'm not exaggerating for effect- at first I thought it wasn't seasoned, until I saw a couple specks of seasoning on the side of a fry. Nitpicky? Sure. But at the other BWWs I've been to, the fries have always been generously and unmistakably coated.

On my second visit, despite requesting the same, there was no seasoning on my fries at all this time.
