Just had a very bad 'management' customer service. I was given a gift card through the Starbucks egift cards. The link was not working, so I showed her the emailed receipt. She said she was unable to do anything that I needed to contact customer service. I let her know I had to get back to work, she went to the back to look for the number for me to call for customer service. I waited a minute or so until I had to start walking back into work. She chased me down, yelling and screaming ' ma'am!!!!! ' as I turned around she asked why I walked out and again told her I needed to get back to work, as I only had a few minutes to grab a coffee and lunch. Mind you, people were all outside at the outside seating, while she is literally yelling at the top of her lungs. I go to this specific location at least twice a week. As well as purchase gift cards.    Read moreI’ve been a long-time Starbucks customer, but this recent experience was very disappointing. Due to issues with the app, our office placed an order over the phone, hoping to make it easier for the team since we had 9 drinks to order. However, when we arrived to pick up our order, we overheard a barista, who was older with white short hair saying, “These people really need to order somewhere else,” not realizing we were already there.
It was incredibly unprofessional and left a bad impression. We understand that large orders can be a hassle, but as paying customers, we expected a bit more respect and courtesy. We appreciate the effort it takes to fulfill orders, but a more positive attitude goes a long way in customer service. Starbucks is known for its friendly atmosphere, and this was far from it.
