Subway — Restaurant in Bellingham

I ordered delivering through the app and it never showed up. I called and spoke with someone who didn’t speak any english and couldn’t help me at all. He was the only one there and didn’t know how to answer anything I said. I ended up leaving work and going to the restaurant and the man still couldn’t help me. He wouldn’t even remake my food. He said his manager would be in touch soon. It’s been 24 hours and I still haven’t heard anything. Terrible TERRIBLE service. Hope it gets shut down or they get staff that can actually help the customers. Unfortunately this is a neighborhood that mainly speaks English so they need to have someone else there to help him.
