Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in Bellingham

Rude counter help especially at drive up. Claims their always out of donuts when ordering at drive up but when you go in they're fully stocked with donuts. They refuse to follow directions to properly make coffee drinks, i.e., flavored Capuchino or Lattes. They repeatedly cheat me out of extra espresso shots but charge me for it. I tried speaking with the manger about my grievances, but she is extremely unprofessional and a bit odd and claims not to have corporates phone number, giggling the whole time I tried speaking with her. She, Angella, didn't seem to care or try to remedy the situation and seems to encourage her workers to follow her lead with being disrespectful and incompetent. Unfortunately, she was the one making my drink lacking the extra shots, and I could hear her laughing the whole time. Very odd behavior for someone preparing food and drinks especially someone in management. I am so frustrated with this place , I go to different honey dews but this one I always have trouble with . 9/10 times when I ask for “very light ice “ they give me half a cup or more of ice . A couple times it was stuffed with ice like extra ice . I’ve talked to staff about it , a person who only works weekends I think . She told me at one point the manager was charging people extra for less ice ….. not sure if this is policy but if I pay $6+ for a coffee I want mostly coffee not mostly ice . We ordered a bagel sandwich and it was served so burnt that the entire bagel was black and you could smell the burnt before taking it out of the bag. When I brought it in to show it to them and asked if they would eat the disgusting food they just served, there was not a single apology, the girl just took the sandwich and went to the worker who made it and both were laughing. Employees should not be serving food that is so burnt it's not even edible and they definitely should not be laughing about their negligence and not apologizing.
