WHAT'S THE POINT OF WEARING GLOVES!?
What's the point of wearing plastic "food-service" gloves if you NEVER take them off!? They aren't for the employee's protection, they are to ensure the employees hands are clean when they touch the public's food! I watched the girl ring up cash and credit cards while she cut and toasted bagels. She has stains all over her sweatshirt and looks like she slept in her clothes. I'm out! Same problem with that other bagel shop in Bellmawr (I think it's Times Square Bagels... Ugh... gross). Seriously What's up with Bellmawr and the lack of sanitary practices!? I ended up driving 20 minutes out of my way to the other Redhouse Bagels in Audubon. Have been going there for years until I moved. Now the Bellmawr branch is on my way to work and thought I'd give it a try. sigh Night and Day differences!!! Of the dozen times or so I've been in the Bellmawr store, the morning person was late to work so there the bagels weren't done. Today was just the final straw. I just can't handle unsanitary practices. It's a shame too... Redhouse Bagels are soooo delicious! I guess I'm adding 40 minutes onto my commute so I can hit the...
Read moreWe used to order from this location all the time... like every day, especially when i was pregnant. When my husband would call in he said the woman that takes your orders was often rude to him. We started ordering from the other location that's a few minutes farther away. We tried to order breakfast today and I guess once again accidentally ordered from the wrong location. The woman at the counter didn't seem happy about my accident and was pretty rude to me when I asked if I could just place the order here since I was already here. I wish I would have just got all the way back in my car and went up the street to the other one. I also think it's a little too confusing having the 2 locations so super close with the same name and the only real difference is black horse pike or white horse pike . I don't think I'll go to either locations for a while but if I do it won't be the black...
Read moreI went in to get a bagel and coffee. First off, none of the employees were wearing masks despite there being clear signs on the front door that all customers and employees must wear masks in this establishment. This should have been my first warning. As I was eating my bagel I noticed a hair was baked into a bagel and then I saw another hair in the cream cheese. It’s disappointing, because my family and I really loved this place. But if they are not going to take proper health and food safety precautions then I’m taking my...
