Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Bellmawr

The 3.2 average rating makes sense. Honestly I’m shocked it is even that high as this is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They constantly mess up your order and when you bring it to their attention you barely get an apology or a fix. They throw a free bag of stale chips at you as if that will make the experience better.

The two girls working the window at 9pm on September 2nd 2023 need a serious lesson in customer service as well. This wasn’t our families first time interacting with them either. We pulled up to pick up and was ignored for several minutes as one of them sat on their phone. When she opened the window she didn’t even mutter “who are you picking up for” instead just stared at us. She passed us our food and it was soaked in salsa and leaking all over the car. Before I could say anything she walked away. We waved down the other girl and when we asked for another bag she passed us a small bag, which wouldn’t have been a big deal if again, she didn’t walk away right away- I had to scream through the window for a larger bag and was met with an attitude asking me why I am yelling. They both stood in the window yelling back and acting so unprofessional. I asked for the manager and while he listened intently (I think..) all he could say is here is a free bag of chips.

In general the window service has been horrible over the last several months and unfortunately we won’t be going back there and supporting our local Chipotle. The food is sloppy and half the time our order is wrong or the portions are next to nothing. The chipotle response tells me to contact them on the website, there's actually no way to contact anyone. It tells me to speak to Pepper. I tried and it has me sitting here answering many questions. Not sure which bad experience I should report. I would have to look on my app to check for dates and times which I really don't care enough for their bag of totinos chips they'll offer me. I can go bag of them myself. Or a soda out of the dirty soda machine.

I've always loved chipotle but all of their locations have gone downhill horribly which is ashame because when made correctly their food is great. This place never ever has all the ingredients I order. Sometimes the chips are burnt sometimes they aren't even chipotle chips so I imagine they must run out of chips and go buy a bag of chips from the store. Sometimes the chicken is over cooked and hard, sometimes chewy, sometimes soo salty. They never give enough ingredients. Sometimes the bottom of my bowl is visible. I kept giving them try after try but I'm just done now. You can't even call to complain except to an operator. There are way too many places to get food to even waste your money here which is sad because the food itself is usually great! Also the only person who ever made good food the tall Indian boy I don't know his name got fired because they said he added too much food to the orders. He really didn't though. TRASH - I’ve ordered from here multiple times hoping I’d get the Chipotle of old and today was the absolute last straw.

I ordered a burrito, quesadilla and chips.. let’s start with the trashadilla. I ordered it with the new brisket with chips which made it $16. I’m really mad I didn’t take pictures, but it had prob a tablespoon of meat and the folded tortilla was thicker than the cheese which I could barely taste. It wasn’t just subpar, it was straight disrespectful. Like, I looked at it and got angry that I paid so much for that.. and let’s not forget the chips which were stale and maybe had like 12 total chips and a bunch of crumbs. They didn’t even fill the little side trays up all the way…

The burrito was also disrespectful. I ordered steak and there was probably 4 total bites of steak in the whole burrito. It was made sloppy and tasted like it was made.

In all of my life I’ve had maybe 2-3 total meal situations made me feel truly heated and it usually was about the service. This was a top to bottom failing by Chipotle that has forever resulted in a lost customer.

It wasn’t just that I overpaid and was underserved.. it was the completely disrespectful way in which it happened. At least at McDonalds when I get the cheap menu I know what I’m getting.. this was the last time I’m getting got by Chipotle.. please go ANYWHERE else, you’ll be thankful you didn’t waste your money here for an extremely...
